Container reach crane, commonly known as reach stacker, is a commonly used container operation equipment in docks, stations, warehouses, factories, logistics centers, railway freight stations, etc., the front end is equipped with a telescopic spreader, which can be twisted, left and right side shift, and can also be operated across containers. Now it is widely used in docks, ports, logistics parks, railway freight yards and industrial parks. In the process of use, due to the existence of certain blind spots around the equipment and the spreader, it is easy to create serious accidents such as damage to the staff or goods, and the installation of 360 panoramic image anti-collision warning system can improve the vision range and operation safety of the reach stacker driver, and ensure the safety of the operators in the factory.
The 360 panoramic surround view system collects high-definition real-time images around the body by installing four high-definition night vision wide-angle cameras on the front and rear of the vehicle, and through AI visual splicing technology, the panoramic view of the vehicle's surroundings is displayed in front of the driver's eyes in real time. At the same time, AI vision technology monitors pedestrians, non-motorized vehicles and obstacles in the blind area around the vehicle in real time, and can give timely warnings when pedestrians and vehicles are in risk areas.
1) Spreader visibility: Provided by 2 cameras installed at the twistlock position of the spreader, displayed in 2 split screens.
2) Front top view: provided by the camera at the top position in front of the spreader, displayed in full screen.
3) Vehicle-Surrounding Vision: Provided by cameras mounted around the vehicle, it is displayed in a full-screen view.
