At the beginning of the event, the dragon and lion dance teachers from the Shanghai Dragon and Lion Association and the intangible cultural heritage sports and health wellness team of Shanghai Sports University brought a vivid dragon and lion culture education course to the parent-child families, explaining the symbolic significance of the dragon and lion dance in traditional culture, as well as the historical origin and technical characteristics of the dragon and lion dance.
