Huibei Village
Huibei Village is located in the southeast of Pujiang Town, with a village area of 1It covers 77 square kilometers and has jurisdiction over 11 villager groups, 705 households and 2,248 people. In recent years, Huibei Village has successively won the honorary titles of "2020 Beautiful Rural Demonstration Village in Minhang District", "Four-Star Party (General) Branch of Pujiang Town", "Shanghai Civilized Village" and "Shanghai Safe Community". Huibei Village has 1,285 acres of land, including cultivated land, construction land, self-reserved land, homestead and other land, constituting an industrial pattern with agriculture as the main body and integrated development with the service industry. Agriculture is mainly based on the production of high-quality rice, fruits and vegetables, and seedlings; The secondary industry is provided with housing leasing and managed operation services, and the settled enterprises are distributed in labor-intensive industries such as manufacturing and modern service industries; The 3,000-square-meter clubhouse is the main tertiary industry in the village, including banquet halls and multi-purpose halls to meet the needs of events of different scales. Through the efforts of recent years, Jinpu Village has won a series of honorary titles such as "Shanghai Civilized Village", "Shanghai Sanitary Village", "Shanghai Clean Village", "Shanghai Rural Community Construction Pilot Demonstration Village", "Shanghai Elderly Education and Village Committee Characteristic Learning Point", "Minhang District Democracy and Legal System Demonstration Village", "Shanghai Elderly Psychological Care Point", "2019 and 2020 Minhang District Most Beautiful Cultural Village", "2020 Minhang District Beautiful Rural Demonstration Village" and a series of honorary titles.
According to the overall requirements of Minhang District and Pujin Street to build a beautiful village, Jinpu Village is based on the overall positioning and development goals of the village, and takes "clean and pleasing village appearance, natural environment and ecological beauty, rural revitalization industry beauty, rural customs and civilization and humanistic beauty, village stability, people's peace and harmony and beauty" as the development goals, and shapes the "five beauties" village.
