All round allergy prevention in spring, take care of your baby through the pollen season

Spring is the season of regeneration of life, peach blossoms and apricot blossoms compete for beauty, and the earth is picturesque. However, for many children, this gorgeous season is accompanied by the hidden danger of allergies. In particular, my little one suffers from seasonal allergic rhinitis and asthma, which made me pay more attention to how to create a safe and healthy spring environment for her while enjoying the beautiful scenery.

To alleviate my baby's discomfort, I insist on washing her nasal passages with saline every morning and evening, which not only removes pollen and other particles, but also provides a fresh, moist environment for her nasal passages. At the same time, I also encouraged her to develop the correct habit of blowing her nose to ensure that her nasal passages are clean and comfortable.

In terms of diet, I pay more attention to balanced and light nutrition. Avoid greasy, spicy foods and choose foods rich in vitamins and omega-3s to boost her immunity. At the same time, I keep a close eye on food allergens to make sure her diet is safe.

As the temperature rises, bacteria and viruses also become active. To prevent respiratory illnesses, I try to avoid taking her to crowded places and strictly follow a handwashing routine when I get home. The home also regularly opens windows for ventilation and uses air purifiers to ensure that the indoor air is fresh.

In addition, spring is also a critical period for vaccination. Following the doctor's advice, I promptly vaccinated her with the flu and other preventive vaccines, creating a healthy protective barrier for her.

As a mother, I know that spring is a test for your child's health. But as long as we take care of it and protect it scientifically, children will be able to grow up happily in this beautiful season and enjoy the gifts of nature.
