Speaking of volunteers, we think of the spirit of volunteerism to help each other, help others to help themselves, selfless dedication, people who do not ask for returns, they rely on their knowledge, brains, love to carry out various volunteer activities, silently dedicate to the public, they stick to their posts, regardless of returns, support the front line, they participate in volunteer service activities for many years, never forget the original intention, what is the force to support volunteers to "benefit" the road forward? On January 30, Gaodian Community of Hongguang Street, together with Gaodian Community Civilized Little Reporter and Yucheng Volunteer Service and Research Center of Chengdu High-tech Zone, carried out the "Little Reporter Dialogue with Outstanding Volunteers" interview practice activity, aiming to understand the original intention of volunteering through face-to-face exchanges and dialogues with outstanding volunteer representatives, and use volunteer stars to guide young people to move forward on the road of "benefit". In this event, Du Shuhua, an outstanding volunteer leader in Gaodian community, and He En, a representative of outstanding volunteers, were invited to be interview guests. 
At the beginning of the activity, the instructor used the three-step method of understanding things to guide the young reporters to think, and led the young reporters to write an interview outline. During the interview, the young reporters scrambled to raise their hands to ask questions, from how to become a volunteer to how to be a good volunteer leader, from why to volunteer to the growth that volunteering brings to themselves, from the bitterness in the process of volunteer service to the warm moments of volunteer service, and found the answer in the exchange and dialogue with Aunt Du and Uncle He. 
Now that China has entered an aging population, there are many elderly people who need help, especially the elderly who live alone, who need help today, and help them is to help themselves. Aunt Du preached to the little reporter. At the end of the interview, Aunt Du called on the young reporter to do some volunteer service in a timely manner while handling her own studies, and also called on her family and friends to join the ranks of volunteer service, so that the volunteer star can illuminate and warm the people in need around her. 
It is understood that Aunt Du's volunteer team is composed of retired young people, mainly serving the elderly living alone in the jurisdiction, and solving practical problems in life for the elderly living alone in the jurisdiction, such as the inconvenience caused by gas outages to the lives of the elderly. This interview practice allowed the young reporters to understand the volunteers, let the volunteer starlight pass among the young reporters and their families and friends, and in the future, the little reporters will also pass the volunteer starlight stick to many residents through their own manuscripts.
