Five years of hard work, the salary change of the counselor s career

Mondo Education Updated on 2024-02-01

In the Pearl River Delta region, in September 2019, I stepped out of school and devoted myself to the wider society. When I first started working, I got a job in a design company with a monthly salary of 4,800 yuan. As soon as the rent was paid, the pockets were empty, and the life was barely self-sufficient, and the threshold of paying taxes was not even touched.

In 2020, I resolutely left the place that made me depressed and anxious and devoted myself to education. In October, I successfully obtained interview invitations from four schools, and finally chose a private university to start my career as a counselor. The annual salary for the year reached 5960,000 yuan.

In 2021, I worked hard in the school, and although the title has not yet been assessed, I have gradually adapted to the life of the school. Despite the tiring work and the meagre salary, I still stick to my job because I love it.

In 2022, I couldn't stand the management model of the school, and in August, I switched to another undergraduate school. This year's annual salary finally exceeded 100,000 yuan, and time became more free. I started to have more time to think and plan for my future.

In 2023, I put a lot of time into my own development, and although I failed to fulfill my small wishes, I completed a major event in my life - getting married. However, as a result, the deposits returned overnight to the pre-liberation period.

In 2024, I look forward to the vigorous development of the unit, and at the same time, I hope to make achievements in the side business and achieve income diversification. Rising up where we failed and starting anew, I believe that as long as we work hard, there will always be a light at the end of the tunnel.

Looking back on the past five years, I deeply feel that I have become more and more stable and better on my career path. In the future, I will continue to work hard to improve myself and contribute to my career.
