In WPS Office, you may encounter two pages side by side when viewing a document, especially in reading mode. If you want to change to a single-page display, you can set it up by following these steps:
Open the WPS document and look at the menu bar at the top.
Find the "view" option and click on it.
Under the View menu, you'll see a variety of display options, such as Reading Layout, Page Width, Normal View, and so on.
If you're currently in Reading Mode, this mode usually shows two pages of documents side by side. You can select "Page Width" or "Normal View" to change to a single page display.
In the same View menu, you can also optimize the display of the page by adjusting the zoom ratio. For example, select 100%, Page Width, or use the zoom slider to adjust manually until the document appears satisfactorily on the screen as a single page.
The status bar at the bottom of the WPS document window may also provide a shortcut to view switching. There you can find buttons to adjust the view, such as a single-page icon or a two-page side-by-side icon, which you can click to toggle your preferred display.
WPS may vary in interface between different versions of WPS Office or on different operating systems. If the steps above don't exactly match the version you're using, try finding similar options or refer to WPS's help documentation.
With the above steps, you should be able to change the display mode of your WPS document from two pages side by side to one page, making it easier to read and edit.
