Guinea Pig Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor B,VEGF-B ELISA Kit Instruction Manual.
1. Introduction. This kit is used to detect the content of vascular endothelial growth factor B (VEGF-B) in guinea pig serum, plasma and related liquid samples. VEGF-B plays an important role in the regulation of angiogenesis and vascular permeability, and is closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases. This kit uses enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), which has the characteristics of high sensitivity, high specificity and good reproducibility, and can be widely used in scientific research and clinical testing.
Second, the principle. This kit is based on enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), which uses the specificity of antigen-antibody reaction to achieve the quantitative detection of VEGF-B through enzyme labeling technology. First, the VEGF-B antibody is coated in the well of the microplate label, then the sample to be tested is added, and the VEGF-B in the sample binds to the antibody, and then the enzyme-labeled VEGF-B antibody is added to form the enzyme-labeled antigen-antibody complex. Finally, the substrate was added to develop color, and the concentration of VEGF-B in the sample to be measured was calculated by color change.
3. How to use.
1.Preparation: Remove the reagents required for the kit from the refrigerated environment and leave at room temperature for more than 30 minutes to allow the reagents to return to room temperature.
2.Loading: Follow the operation steps of the kit instructions, add the sample to be tested to the corresponding wells, and add the appropriate amount of standards and quality control materials.
3.Incubation: The microplate was placed in a 37 incubator and incubated for 30 min.
4.Washing: Wash after incubation to remove unbound antigen and antibody, a total of 5 washes.
5.Color development: Add chromogenic agent and incubate for 37 minutes in the dark.
6.Stop the reaction: Add the stop solution to stop the color development reaction.
7.Reading: Measure the optical density value of each well at a wavelength of 450 nm and record the results.
4. Precautions.
1.Kits are intended for scientific research and clinical testing only and should not be used for clinical** or pharmaceutical purposes.
2.Do not use kits that have expired or have been opened beyond their expiration date. Please carefully inspect all reagents before use, and do not use if abnormal.
3.The components in the kit should be placed sequentially to avoid cross-contamination. When using, it should be operated in accordance with the requirements of the manual to avoid errors.
4.During the use of the kit, the worktop should be kept clean and hygienic to prevent cross-contamination.
5.The test results are only used as a reference and cannot be used as the basis for final diagnosis. If you have any questions or need further confirmation of the results, please consult a professional or perform other test method validation in a timely manner.
