In the afternoon, the south gate of Minghua Stadium, Tiyu West Road, Changchun Road, Zhaohua Road, Tian'an Hotel, Guangda North Road, Traffic Police Intersection, Huancheng North Intersection, Puning Square.
Control time:The third day of the first lunar month, 8:00-12:00 a.m.;Afternoon: 13:00-18:00.

2. Control measures
1) It is strictly forbidden for all kinds of motor vehicles to enter;
2) It is strictly forbidden to illegally occupy motor lanes;
3) It is strictly forbidden to park vehicles on both sides of the road;
3. Regulatory requirements
During the cultural parade, the public security traffic police department will implement temporary traffic control on the above road sections, and passing vehicles are requested to take a detour. Those who do not follow the control plan and do not obey the dissuasion and command of the staff will be dealt with strictly in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
