The project is located in the core area of Canal New Town, east to the planned branch road 1, south to the planned branch road 2, west to Guyang Road, north to Jinchang Road, about 3 kilometers away from the Gongchen Bridge area, and within 500 meters of the surrounding area there are Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal (Grand Canal waterfront public space), Lishui North Road and Xicun Station of planned Metro Line 15, etc., with superior location conditions and is an important livelihood project in the region.
The land area of the project is 420,000 square meters, a total of 6 building units, with a total construction area of 630,000 square meters, of which 2 are underground10,000 square meters, nearly 400 underground parking spaces, planned as a school, is expected to accommodate about 1,500 students.
