1. CCER development process and time cycle
CCER project development generally consists of three phases and nine steps, as shown in the figure below.
Phase 1: Project evaluation
Methodology: a necessary prerequisite for project development.
Additionality: Additionality is a key factor in the approval of a project.
Emission reduction estimate: an important reference for the actual benefits of the project.
Phase 2: Project filing
Preparation of project design documents (PDD documents): generally entrusted to a professional consulting agency (this step can be specifically contacted by the customer service of this site).
Project approval: a third-party organization filed with the competent authority (see Forestry Carbon Sequestration Project Approval Agency).
Project filing: The competent department organizes experts to evaluate and file for the record.
Stage 3: Filing of project emission reductions
Project implementation and monitoring: The project owner runs the project implementation monitoring in accordance with the design documents.
Verification and verification of emission reductions: a third-party organization filed with the competent authority.
Emission reduction filing: The competent authority organizes experts to evaluate and file the record.
2. According to the "Interim Measures" and the actual operation of the project, the time cycle of project development is as follows
1. Project evaluation: According to the completeness of the project data, the technical work takes 1 2 weeks.
