Prince Harry and Prince William appear to be embroiled in a vicious feud, but a former friend of theirs said the brothers had developed a "strong sense of independence" after a "very difficult" childhood.
The Duke of Sussex lashed out at his brother in his memoir, Spare, accusing the Prince of Wales of "grabbing me by the collar, ripping my necklace and knocking me to the ground", leaving him frightened. Harry said in his Netflix documentary that William was "screaming and yelling" at him at the now-infamous "Sandringham Summit". A former friend is now trying to explain the feud, suggesting that Harry and William didn't have an easy time as children.
