Welcome to the 24th Annual Conference of the 2024 Yabuli China Entrepreneurs Forum, where we will hold the annual meeting again after three years.

First of all, I said "two tributes", the first "tribute" pays tribute to Heilongjiang, and the second "tribute" pays tribute to Yabuli.

It turns out that paying tribute to Heilongjiang is afraid that Heilongjiang will drive away the Yabuli Forum, this time it is a tribute from the heart, of course, not only because of the heat of the Ice and Snow Festival, the emergence of Erbin's personified image, but also because behind these phenomena, we really see the change of this session, it is their change of thinking, it is their pattern change, it is their change in the face of the new thinking of the market economy, this is a tribute from the bottom of my heart, maybe the excitement of the Ice and Snow Festival is short-lived, However, from the experience and insights summarized from the Ice and Snow Festival, I believe that it will affect the development of Heilongjiang for a long time, and at the same time, it will also boost the confidence of the people of Heilongjiang for a long time, because this time, although it was initially led by the people, it was finally the people who participated and enthusiastically promoted, and finally became the people-led, which is the most touching aspect of me.

Then, we all know that China's economy is now facing some difficulties, under such a premise, convening our Yabuli annual meeting is really of special significance, a large number of us here are more or less entrepreneurs, because we have young people in the beginning of entrepreneurship and business, there are people like us who are already 60-70 years old and still struggling on the road of enterprise development, I just want to say, even if there are economic difficulties, but hope is indeed in front, why? Because in China, there are thousands of people like us sitting in this venue today, although some of them are working hard in hardships and hardships, and some are even struggling, they are still full of hope for China's future, and they still hope to resonate with the motherland through their own efforts and strive for development, so I believe that with the unquenchable flame in our hearts, the fire of China's economy will continue to burn, with the support of such a good ** as Heilongjiang, I believe that the resonance of the same frequency between the Chinese people and the government will surely open up a new era in which there is no lack of hope and no lack of future despite the hardships.

At the same time, I would like to thank Heilongjiang for its continuous support to Yabuli in the past 24 years, and today we can actually see that this support is worth it in a partial sense, because whether it is from the national level or from a certain regional level, the history of the world tells us that there is never a time when support for entrepreneurs suffers. Of course, supporting enterprises does not mean that they want to lead enterprises, many of our Chinese enterprises have problems, often from friendly support to leading, and even into compulsory participation, I also hope that the future of China's situation is really a friendly under the premise of respecting the market economy between officials and businessmen to develop the real cooperation, rather than forming a mutually restrictive relationship.

Therefore, thanks to Heilongjiang's almost unconditional support for the Yabuli Forum in the past 24 years, we have such a beautiful permanent site and such a lively scene today, and I believe that this scene will continue to continue. For our Heilongjiang leaders, there are three suggestions:

Clause. 1. Respect the law of development. In fact, the law of development is common sense, and what should the market do? I believe that in fact, needless to say, as long as any place puts the relationship between the first and the market correct, it must be developed, in fact, the development of a region has nothing to do with the region, we often say that the coastal development is good, the development of the three northeastern provinces of Heilongjiang does not seem to be so rapid, in fact, it has nothing to do with the region, it is related to people's thinking. I heard a sentence called "thought is the fundamental source and guarantee to change people's destiny", that is, people are thinking animals, people are ideas animals, so the development of a region is also like this, Israel is not necessarily in a good environment, but we all know that Israel's economy and technology are very good, this time I went to Uzbekistan to travel, although it is a double landlocked country, but compared with more than ten years ago to travel, although the currency has been depreciating, because of inflation, But the economic strength of the people is indeed much better than more than ten years ago, I asked the local people if they have confidence in the future, he said that we are very confident now, why? Because they are very clearly protecting the rights of ordinary people, protecting the development of their businesses, protecting their private property, protecting their freedom of movement. So I don't think it's regional, even if it's a doubly landlocked country, when its policies have become friendly, they're constantly evolving, that's the first suggestion. I'm looking forward to seeing Heilongjiang's summer boom.

Clause. Second, it is to ensure the bottom line of local business. Just now, a certain leader told me why we are so lively this time, and we have severely cracked down on and sanctioned those who are "black", such as those who charge fees indiscriminately and make trouble behind their backs, so that the business environment of the entire Heilongjiang River feels no longer afraid when outsiders come. Yes, because in any place, including our entrepreneur investment, when you find out that you will be hacked after investing, or when you are not protected, who will come? When a common person goes to a place to travel or to spend money or go on vacation, when he finds out that he may be slaughtered, how can you go again? You won't go, so I think this is very important to ensure the business environment and the bottom line of business, it seems to be a small thing, but it is actually a big thing, for example, when I traveled abroad, I passed through several countries, entering and exiting customs, and the customs ** will ask for money, and if you don't give money, he will embarrass you, and I will never want to go to such a country again. But when I meet a friendly attitude at customs, even if it is not friendly, but he does not extort, the country will give me a good impression, so the small things are small on the surface, but they are actually big things.

Third, I think Heilongjiang is now at a point where we are now at a point where we can mobilize national resources to support the development of Heilongjiang through full efforts, and all the entrepreneurs here have expressed their willingness to contribute to the development of Heilongjiang. Heilongjiang from the natural environment, is really said to be the best in the country, so from the business environment, I believe that through the joint efforts of everyone, we will be able to reach the point where we are willing to come, we are willing to stay, we are willing to invest, we are willing to develop, and even finally we are willing to be here forever, and Heilongjiang prosper together, so this is a few small suggestions I put forward, only on behalf of myself.

Every year around the fifteenth day of the first lunar month, many entrepreneurs in China will gather in a place, this place is called Yabuli, this activity has lasted for 24 years, what are they doing here? Twenty-four years ago, some entrepreneurs were inspired by the Davos Forum, came to Yabuli, China's ski resort, and opened the entrepreneurs' discussion on the future development.

At that time, Yabuli did not even have perfect hotel facilities, the room can drip into ice, but these entrepreneurs full of dreams, hope and vitality, while drinking on the big kang of the farmhouse, while chatting about the future of the motherland, the prosperity of the enterprise, that is an era of burning passion, is full of hopeful years, "all with Yixing Zhuang Fei, want to go to the blue sky to see the bright moon", in the blink of an eye 24 years have passed, the years are ruthless, the youth at that time went to middle age, middle age to old age, "the road is blue, to enlighten the mountains and forests" Like the fate of the motherland, the Yabuli Forum has experienced difficulties, twists and turns, and turbulent waves in the process of development, but it is still indomitable and chopping waves.

Twenty-four years, some enterprises are thriving, thriving, some enterprises are stormy, life and death are uncertain, but one thing has not changed, no matter how much wind, frost, rain and snow they face, they have a never-say-die spirit, have a kind of courage to grow stronger, and have a kind of ambition to innovate.

In the past 24 years, they have moved from youth to maturity, accompanied by the development of the motherland, but they are not sleek and sophisticated, they still firmly believe in their hearts: economic prosperity is the foundation of the development of the motherland, and resonance with the motherland is the best way for the development of enterprises, and it is also the responsibility and mission of entrepreneurs.

For 24 years, no matter how cold Yabuli is in the spring every year, they will gather here to warm this land with their fiery hearts, and pass on warmth to each other, they draw strength from each other, exchange ideas, make the footsteps more solid and steady, make the vision more profound and broad, and make the goal more lofty and forward.
