Sort out the effective means of digital and intelligent governanceIn the face of changes in the governance objects of the digital economy and digital society, multiple governance entities must also meet and adapt to the requirements of digitalization in order to fully play a role in the new social governance and see practical results. This new type of governance is based on the application and integration of digital intelligence technology, and on the premise of ensuring data security, it enables different subjects such as enterprises, enterprises, and individuals to share data assets to the greatest extent, promote data-related applications, and form a modern governance model of "using data for dialogue, decision-making with data, using data services, and innovating with data". From the phenomena of digital industrialization and industrial digitization, the author finds three characteristics: intelligent development, platform development and ecological development, and the three are intrinsically linked, reflecting the shared nature of digitalization.
