In order to be effective, it is necessary to have a Taoism thinking model

Hello everyone, I am a living flame, the main business administration (service industry), side business reading and writing, positioning thinking cognition, personal growth, reading and writing, etc., good at writing essays, workplace review. Sincerity is my business card, altruism is my purpose, can bring harvest and value to others, and set off for the dream together!

Last week, we organized a training session within our department, and the speaker was my colleague, and I sat in the audience with other colleagues as students.

According to the original plan, the training was scheduled to last an hour and a half, but my colleague finished it all in half an hour.

At the end of the training, all of us took turns to give our opinions. In order to present the effect more objectively and realistically, we arranged for colleagues who have not been in contact with this field to speak first.

As a result, 90% of colleagues generally reported that they spoke too quickly and barely understood. Only 10 per cent of colleagues said they could barely listen and felt that the focus was not focused enough.

First, the training should be efficient, and there must be a Taoist magic model.

There is nothing wrong with the comments of colleagues, but the comments are all at the level of "technique" and "law" such as skills and methods, and do not go deep into the level of the core "Tao".

In my opinion, in order to ensure that the training is efficient, it is necessary to activate the "magic way", and only when the three are organically unified, can we capture the hearts of the listeners and pry the listeners' attention.

The ancients said: There is a way but no technique, the technique can still be sought, there is a technique but no way, and it stops at the technique.

So, what is the "Dao Spell" of training? Let's break it down one by one.

01. Technique, learning methods and tools.

Technique, in simple terms, is the tools you use, the methods and skills you master, etc.

For example, during the training, the PPT you use, the computer screen projection, the whiteboard, the whip, etc., as well as the questionnaire you send at the end of the training, these are all auxiliary tools.

For example, in order to motivate the trainees, you have designed interactive sessions, Q&A sessions, role-plays, immersive experiences, group discussions, etc., and the models used in the training, which are all training methods and techniques.

It can be seen that the level of art is endless. I'm not afraid that you can't think of it, but I'm afraid that you can't do it.

Fast speech, too much text in the courseware, and lack of case support are all "technical" problems, which can be quickly improved through deliberate training.

02. Law, build a framework, and build a system.

Dharma, to put it simply, means that you have to have a framework and a system of thinking.

When you think about a problem, don't just look at a specific point, but see the side of things. It is necessary to solve the problem from point to point, into a surface, or even into a body.

The formation of systems thinking is not an overnight thing.

You need to have a deep and comprehensive understanding of the field you work in, the business sectors you are responsible for, and the work you follow up.

You should review in a timely manner in your work, summarize experience, refine and optimize the work process, and form a set of effective methods.

The focus of the training is not prominent, the knowledge points are too scattered, and the boring are all problems of the "Fa". It needs to be constantly practiced and precipitated in daily work.

03. Tao, understand human nature and understand logic.

The so-called "Tao" is the underlying law. In a training, the most important "Tao" is to understand human nature.

In training, many people focus too much on what they want to say, and often ignore what the audience wants to hear, and they can't listen to it.

As a result, after a training, the people who listened to it were either completely insensitive, drowsy, or complaining, and what made you even more painful was that you thought you had explained everything, but at the end of the training, your ** was still blown up.

Therefore, to understand human nature, we first need to cultivate user thinking and think from the user's point of view.

Many people think that user thinking is simply "thinking about users", but it is not.

Thinking about the user is not the same as what the user thinks".

The real user thinking is to stand in the user's perspective and position, put yourself in the user's shoes and pay attention to the user's needs, observe with the user's eyes, feel with the user's body, and think with the user's brain.

You need to have in-depth interactions with the audience in terms of eyes, emotions, behaviors, etc. Use what you want to express yourself in the most understandable way to the hearts of others, so that others want to hear and understand.

Write at the end: We can imitate other people's experiences, learn lessons, and avoid pitfalls. However, the actual situation of each audience is different in each training and cannot be rigidly copied.

Finding a suitable "Tao-Law-Technique" thinking model in practice is the only way to train efficiently.
