Zhang Shihe expressed his acceptance of the verdict in court and did not appeal. 
After the trial, it was ascertained that from 2005 to 2021, the defendant Zhang Shihe took advantage of his position as a member of the party group and deputy director of the Guizhou Provincial Coal Management Bureau, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of Guizhou Panjiang Coal and Power Co., Ltd., secretary of the party committee and chairman of the party committee of Guizhou Panjiang Investment Holding (Group), secretary of the party committee and chairman of the party committee of Guizhou Panjiang state-owned capital operation ***, and secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of Guizhou Panjiang Coal and Power Group Co., Ltd. provided assistance in matters such as job adjustments, and illegally accepted property equivalent to more than 6.29 million yuan; During his tenure as secretary of the party committee and chairman of the state-owned capital operation in Panjiang, Guizhou, Zhang Shihe abused his power and disposed of state-owned assets in violation of regulations, causing particularly heavy losses. 
The Tongren Intermediate People's Court held that the defendant Zhang Shihe's conduct constituted the crime of ** and the crime of abuse of power by personnel of a state-owned company. Zhang Shihe's amount is particularly huge, and his abuse of power has caused particularly heavy losses to national interests, and he should be punished according to law. In view of the fact that Zhang Shihe truthfully confessed his crime after being brought into the case, pleaded guilty and accepted punishment, actively returned the stolen goods, and all the income and fruits have been returned to the case, there are statutory and discretionary mitigating circumstances, and he may be given a lighter punishment in accordance with law.
