Title: Real Encounters in the Digital Age: A Journey in Search of Resonance.

In this digital age, we seem to be becoming more understood, but at the same time, the gap between us and others is deepening. Social platforms such as WeChat groups and Moments have become a stage for us to show ourselves and exchange opinions, however, there are many unspeakable estrangements and disagreements hidden in them.

Once, I saw in my circle of friends a friend who I used to know well made something that I couldn't accept. I hesitated to comment because I was worried that it might lead to unnecessary controversy. In the end, I chose to take a screenshot and communicate privately with friends who shared my views, but I still posted a sentiment on Moments, expressing my regret that we were drifting away from each other.

Unexpectedly, it didn't take long for a friend to tell me that she had borrowed my words and had a disagreement with a once-close classmate as a result, which eventually led to a breakdown in their relationship. It saddens me that our friendship has been overshadowed by differences in values.

However, despite our differences with others, there is still an opportunity for us to find a point of resonance with each other in this digital age. Cities are inclusive, and it always allows us to find people who are similar to ourselves. In this virtual world, we can communicate with like-minded people and share each other's preferences and interests. Although we are reluctant to show our thoughts easily, we can only find true resonance if we are honest with each other.

Values may just be a spice in life. It does not affect whether a person can be a good father, a good son, or a good husband. Who cares about your thoughts in a crowd? However, we still yearn to be reunited with people we once knew well, and even though our values have become different, we still miss the good old days.

In this era of challenges and differences, we should cherish those friends who are in line with our three views. And for those whose differences have become insurmountable, perhaps we can only choose to forget about each other. However, no matter what, we should face each other with a kind heart, and may everyone find their own happiness and peace.

In this digital age, we may be able to easily peek into the hearts of others, but the real encounter is not easy. Let's find real communication in the virtual world, find empathy with each other, and be able to remain sincere and kind even when there are differences. May we be able to find our own belonging and peace in this world where the virtual and the real are intertwined.
