The celebrity kidnapping case, the last wish before the execution was sent to the pennant to the prison

On July 15, 2005, the Beijing Municipal High People's Court heard the sensational appeal case of the kidnapping of movie star Wu Ruofu, which implicated the case of Wang Daliang, the son of a wealthy man, who was kidnapped and torn off tickets, and the suspects in both cases pointed to Wang Lihua, a well-known gang leader in Beijing.
After the court trial, the trial team convicted Wang Lihua and the other three of them in concurrent punishment and carried out the death sentence. On September 14, 2005, in accordance with the execution order issued by the president of the Beijing Municipal High People's Court, the Beijing Municipal No. 2 Intermediate People's Court escorted the main culprit, Wang Lihua, and three others to the execution site for execution.
As a dying man, Wang Lihua did not feel the fear of death. In his former opinion, his life has been very chic and "worthy of himself".
The more than a year spent in the detention center made Wang Lihua full of remorse for what he had done. The day after Wang Lihua's execution, his sister walked through the gates of Beijing's No. 1 Detention Center, where he had been held for 513 days.
She came to help her brother fulfill a wish, and she sent a pennant to the staff of the detention center, on which were written 16 big characters: "Sincere help, dedication, selfless education, exemplary."
The reason why Wang Lihua asked his sister to send a pennant to the detention center on his behalf was because he had received the cordial care of the prison guards during the more than 500 days he had been detained, and he, who had been accustomed to fighting and killing for many years, felt the warmth and kindness of the world.
When Wang Lihua was in his early twenties, he was imprisoned in a detention center for committing a crime. At that time, he was still young, but he was often bullied by other inmates in the detention center, and this experience made him firmly determined to "be the boss".
For the next decade, his life was filled with crime and delinquency. He gathered a group of younger brothers and made them his own thugs, participated in many thefts and robberies, and usually took pleasure in gambling and immorality.
People were either afraid of him or avoided him, and no one dared to confront him head-on. Except for a few fox friends who eat, drink and have fun, he has no real friends.
Therefore, when he was in the No. 1 Detention Center in Beijing, he showed the image of a fearless demon king of the world. However, the prison guards were not angry about this, and they still treated him calmly.
When Wang Lihua was imprisoned in the detention center, he had the slightest idea of escaping, but the respect and meticulous care of the prison guards made him let go of his guard. They not only provided him with psychological counseling many times, but also often carried out patient ideological work, so that Wang Lihua gradually dispelled his resistance to the police and society.
In this process, Wang Lihua's attitude also changed, and he began to conscientiously complete the labor tasks within his division, no longer holding the idea of breaking the jar and breaking it. The day before the execution, Director Sun of the detention center came to see him and made him feel the warmth of being cared for.
Wang Lihua excitedly took out a handful of toffee and gave it to Director Sun to express his gratitude to them.
Director Sun questioned the arrogant and domineering people of the past: "If you do it all over again, will you choose the same path?" Wang Lihua shook his head resolutely after careful consideration. Before he left the prison, he told Director Sun: "If every police officer can be as good as you, then no one will set foot on the road of crime again." ”
However, his remorse came too late to erase the sins he had committed before. Wang Lihua, the "Demon King of the Mixed World", was born in 1977 in an ordinary working family in Beijing.
Since he was a child, he has shown a stubborn personality, does not like to read, and is keen to play with his friends. When he was young, he found that by giving small favors to his friends, he could attract them and deal with his "enemies" together.
This vanity of "being the boss" made him obsessed.
In the process of Wang Lihua becoming sensible, he gradually realized the benefits of money. With money, he was able to attract more children to follow him and willingly become his "little brother".
So, he came up with the idea of stealing money from his family. After successfully stealing money for the first time, Wang Lihua could not resist the irritation and began to frequently rummage through boxes and cabinets at home, looking for where his parents hid the money.
Although Wang Lihua's mother loves him very much, when she finds out that the amount of money in the family is wrong, she will not suspect her son, and these things passed quietly. Encouraging, Wang Lihua was no longer satisfied with stealing money from his own home, and his eyes began to turn to the teachers at the school, trying to steal money from their wallets.
However, after a failed theft, the teachers called Wang's father to the school and told him the truth.
Wang Lihua's father was angry with his son because he found that his wallet was often running low, so he punished this unsuccessful son with a stick education. The relationship between father and son has always been tense, the royal father is used to using violence to discipline his son, and Wang Lihua is also disgusted by his father's restraint, and the two often argue.
After this fierce clash, 12-year-old Wang Lihua ran away from home in anger, and his mother was so anxious that she searched for him for three days and three nights without eating or sleeping, and finally found him unkempt on the street.
However, when his mother came to him exhausted, Wang Lihua did not show a trace of concern and distress, but said to his mother coldly: "If you don't divorce him, I will never return to that home." ”
Under the persistent guidance of her son, the mother began to reflect on her doting behavior. In order to give her son a better education, she chose to divorce her husband and take on the responsibility of taking care of her son alone.
However, Wang Lihua, who was free from his father's control, was like a wild horse that had escaped from the leash, indulging in bad behaviors such as skipping school and fighting. In desperation, the mother sent her son to a work-study school, hoping that he could learn a trade there so that he could earn a living in the future.
However, Wang Lihua did not seize this opportunity, but socialized with more delinquent teenagers, learned criminal methods, and began the crime of theft and robbery.
Wang Lihua has repeatedly stolen, and although the detention center staff will criticize and educate him after each time, he has not relented because of this. On July 13, 1995, he and his accomplices broke into the residence of a Zhejiang businessman with a murder weapon to rob them, and were later arrested and sentenced to 9 years in prison.
However, during the days he spent in prison, his *** personality became more serious. originally thought that as long as he was seriously reformed, he would have a chance to change his fate, but he pretended to be serious about reform and didn't care about prison education.
In prison, the new lad was always bullied, and the old inmates pushed their work to him and threatened him. Wang Lihua understands that if he can't protect himself, he won't be able to get out of prison.
So, he made up his mind to get out of prison early and protect himself by force. In September 2002, he left prison two years early because of his active rehabilitation.
Although he hatched a plan to rob the treasury while in prison, his love for his mother made him hesitate. He knows that his mother is his greatest weakness and may hinder him from achieving his greater goals.
However, his conscience told him not to hurt his mother. He saw that his mother had been waiting for him for seven years, that her hair had turned gray and that her face had grown old. In the end, instead of doing it to his mother, he chose another way.
After being released from prison, Wang Lihua fell into the quagmire of crime again. In prison, he got acquainted with two prisoners, Wang Qingxiao and Dong Limin, and the three of them were like-minded and decided to carry out a bold robbery operation together.
They first realized that in order to successfully complete the operation, it was necessary to be equipped with sufficient **. As a result, Wang Lihua acquired old-fashioned shotguns in Beijing, Hebei, Tianjin and other places.
However, the shotgun was clumsy and heavy, and it was not very convenient to use, and they began to think about how to get a more advanced pistol. In 2003, Wang Lihua traveled back and forth to Yunnan and Guizhou several times, customizing and collecting more than 180 pistols and submachine guns, and also purchasing a large amount of ammunition.
Under his command, his younger brothers transported these ** and ammunition from the Yunnan-Guizhou region to Beijing.
After deciding that robbing the heavily defended treasury would not be easy, Wang Lihua changed his goals. At a dinner, he met Wang Daliang by chance and learned that his father was a billionaire.
So, he started Wang Daliang's idea. Wang Lihua found his accomplices Wang Qingxiao and Dong Limin, tricked Wang Daliang into coming to a barber shop in Pinggu District, and kidnapped him.
After that, Wang Lihua contacted Wang Daliang's father and demanded a ransom of 5 million yuan. Wang Daliang's father, who was anxious, immediately remitted 3 million yuan and promised to raise the remaining 2 million yuan.
However, Wang Lihua is not a person of integrity, and he thinks that keeping Wang Daliang will bring trouble. After receiving 3 million yuan, he ordered his men to kill Wang Daliang.
After the squandering carnival of 3 million yuan, Wang Lihua became the "boss" of the *** organization, but after a short period of scenery, he once again aimed at the goal of kidnapping and robbing money.
He set his sights on Wang Daliang's younger brother Wang Xiaoliang and planned to kidnap Wang Xiaoliang. waited at the door of the song hall where Wang Xiaoliang often appeared, and after repeated times to no avail, they began to pay attention to the famous cars at the entrance of the song hall and bar.
Finally, at around 1 a.m. on February 3, 2003, they successfully targeted a BMW in front of a bar in Sanlitun and rushed up to kidnap them.
Surprisingly, the target of this crime was the famous movie star Wu Ruofu, who was born in the People's Liberation Army Academy of Arts and has considerable social influence. The Beijing special police took immediate action and arrested Wang Lihua and his accomplices the next day.
This case was later adapted into a well-known movie "Rescue Mr. Wu", starring Andy Lau as Wu Ruofu and Wang Qianyuan as Zhang Hua, a gangster based on Wang Lihua.
In October 2004, Wu Ruofu's kidnapping case was announced, and in addition to the Wang Daliang kidnapping case involved, Wang Lihua was sentenced to death on several charges of kidnapping, illegal possession, and other crimes.
However, in the last stages of his life, he experienced human kindness at the Beijing No. 1 Detention Center.
From a naughty teenager, to a prisoner who has been imprisoned many times, and then to the last condemned prisoner, Wang Lihua is deeply trapped in the whirlpool of crime. His actions became more and more cruel, selfish, and even lost the goodness in his human nature.
However, at the end of his life, he was deeply touched by the calm and respectful treatment of him by the Beijing No. 1 Detention Center, and began to reflect on his mistakes and repent of his crimes.
