The Boao Health Food Science Conference and Expo (FHE2024) will be held in Boao, Hainan from February 25 to 29. This is the first event in the health food industry in the Year of the Dragon, and it is also the highest standard, largest and most authoritative academic exchange and display platform in the field of health food at home and abroad.
Based on the National Nutrition Plan (2017-2030) and with the dissemination of scientific evidence as the core, the conference brought together 15 academicians, 300 report experts, and more than 2,000 participants, and set up 40 forums, involving many hot topics such as regulations and policies of health food, new food raw materials, probiotics, prebiotics and postbiotics, nutrition and health care, food and drug homology, synthetic biology, special medical food, food marketing, etc., aiming to promote international exchanges and cooperation and lead scientific and technological innovation. In addition to the abundant academic activities, the Boao Health Food Expo held at the same time will display the high-quality products and advanced technologies of more than 100 health food companies at home and abroad, including health food, functional food, nutritional supplements, organic food, formula food for special medical purposes, new food raw materials, etc., to build a platform for exhibitors and visitors to display, exchange, cooperation and procurement, so as to promote the exchange and cooperation of the health food industry.
FHE2024 is hosted by Shanghai Junshi Institute of Life Sciences, Special Food Research Center of China Agricultural University, and Hainan Yuanchuang Active Health Industry Development Research Institute.
