Recently, Jinan Xingzhou Football Club applied in writing to withdraw from the 2024 season of the Chinese League, and the Shandong Provincial Football Association sent a letter to confirm. In order to maintain the stability of the league and protect the rights and interests of all parties involved, after research, it was agreed that Jinan Xingzhou Football Club would withdraw from the 2024 season of the Chinese League. The follow-up work arrangements are decided as follows:
1. Supplementary work of professional leagues
According to the scale of participation in the 2024 season of the professional league and the "Principles and Measures for the Qualification of the Professional League of the Chinese Football Association", after the application of the club, the review of the member association and the Chinese Football Association, Qingdao Red Lion Football Club will participate in the 2024 season of the Chinese League, and Xi'an Chongde Ronghai Football Club will participate in the 2024 season of the Chinese League B.
2. Arrangements for the transfer and registration of relevant players
According to the "Regulations on the Management of Player Status and Transfer of the Chinese Football Association", professional players registered by Jinan Xingzhou Football Club can unilaterally terminate the work contract by notifying the original club in writing. The above-mentioned players can handle the transfer of professional players from Jinan Xingzhou Football Club in two transfer windows of professional leagues at all levels in the 2024 season. Players who were previously loaned to Jinan Xingzhou Football Club should return to their original clubs.
