On February 6, the headquarters building of Beitou Group, the first municipal state-owned enterprise to settle in the sub-center, was officially completed. Beitou Building has 10 floors, with office space above 3 floors and commercial and public service areas below 3 floors, and has introduced brands such as Starbucks Coffee and JD Convenience Store. After the building is put into use, it can not only meet the daily office needs, but also a good place for leisure and shopping for the surrounding citizens.
Beitou Building, the headquarters building of Beitou Group, is located on the east side of the administrative office area of the sub-center of the city, on the west side of the Tongzhou Campus of Renmin University, and adjacent to the Dongxiayuan Station of Metro Line 6. The total construction scale of the project is about 110,000 square meters, which started on August 12, 2021 and completed the completion filing on December 28, 2023.
Beitou Building follows the standard of "green three-star, healthy three-star" to create a low-carbon and energy-saving architectural model. Compared with the traditional "municipal heat + chiller" system, the building is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1,220 tons per year, with an energy saving rate of 42%, and the energy saving effect is remarkable. In order to maximize the use of solar energy resources, about 3,200 square meters of photovoltaic systems are laid on the roof of the building, with an installed capacity of 4135 kilowatts, with an annual power generation capacity of about 400,000 kilowatt hours.
Beitou Building has set up a large roof garden, increased the green area, opened up the green space, and ensured the ecological balance and good environment of the roof area. Compared with ordinary roofs, due to the excellent heat retention and water retention properties of green soil, the surrounding temperature can be naturally adjusted moderately and the air conditioning load of the building can be reduced.
The building comprehensively uses BIM, GIS, Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing and other technologies to establish a cross-system integrated management and operation platform, and the systems are interrelated, data sharing, and linkage response to realize the intelligent and refined management of the building. At the same time, based on the intelligent management and control of mechanical and electrical equipment and facilities, the operation mode of air conditioning, fresh air system and lighting environment system can also be set according to the application scenario, and the operation of the equipment can be automatically adjusted in different seasons, spaces and time periods. For example, the intelligent management and control of lighting in public areas realizes zoning control, in-place sensing, time control and other modes, so as to realize the lights on when people come and the lights off when people walk, and save energy on demand.
