Is it worth spending 200,000 yuan to work in a tertiary hospital?

I have a friend's child who has just finished her graduate school and is facing a career choice. In front of her, there is a road to enter a tertiary hospital as a ** teacher through interpersonal relationships, but this road is not smooth.

She needs to pay a fee of 200,000, which is undoubtedly a huge expense.

Although she had already paid the money and signed the contract, her heart was still full of doubts and unwillingness.

Is it worth spending 200,000 yuan to enter a tertiary hospital? This is a question worth pondering. I can't simply answer "worthy" or "not worthy" because it depends on many factors: her personal interests, career plans, financial situation, family expectations, and so on.

If she has a keen interest and passion for medicine and healing lives, and wants to grow her career in this field, the investment may be worth it. But if she has no interest in medicine or is unclear about her future career plans, then the investment may not be wise.

$200,000 is not a small amount, and if she has the financial resources to cover the cost and doesn't get into financial hardship as a result, then the investment may be viable. But if she doesn't have the financial resources to do so, or if paying this fee would be a big burden on her family, then the investment may not be realistic.

If her family has high hopes for her career and sees it as a good path forward, the investment may be in line with the family's expectations. But if her family doesn't support her on this path or doesn't think it's a wise choice, then she may need to reconsider her decision.
