We plan to build a 10-minute charging circle in Jiaojiang. The charging station here in No. 1 Middle School is the starting point and demonstration station for the entire layout. Song Xi, manager of public parking management in Jiaojiang City, Taizhou City, introduced that the charging station integrates photovoltaic power generation, energy storage technology, intelligent overcharging, reverse discharge, and AI unattended in one, providing a new charging experience for electric vehicle users. The charging station has 1200KW and is equipped with a total of 16 charging terminals, including 2 liquid-cooled supercharging terminals, 2 V2G charging and discharging terminals, and 12 group intelligent terminals.
In 2024, Jiaojiang Urban Development Group will aim to "build a ten-minute charging circle", lay out the development of modern urban industries with high standards, and implement the new energy vehicle charging network project. It is planned to install 180 charging terminals in Jiaojiang urban area in the first phase, and actively launch the second phase of the plan, gradually building and opening a number of new energy vehicle charging stations in Xiachen, Zhang'an, Hongjia and other township streets, so as to deeply serve people's livelihood and improve the core competitiveness of Jiaojiang city.

The staff explained that the maximum power of liquid-cooled supercharging reaches 600kW, and electric vehicles with a voltage of 800 kW can be charged to 80% in 5 minutes as long as the conditions are right. The system is also able to monitor the status of grid loads and energy storage devices in real time to ensure a safe and reliable charging process.
At the same time, the site also sets up two V2G charging and discharging terminals. As a large mobile "power bank", the electric vehicle can obtain the difference between charging and discharging through the terminal. For example, low-cost electricity that is charged during the trough period of electricity consumption at home is discharged here. It can not only help the power grid peak shaving and valley filling, stabilize the power load, but also obtain the income of the charge and discharge price difference.
Not only that, the roof of the carport of the site is also installed with photovoltaics, laying about 200 distributed photovoltaics, equipped with 200 kWh energy storage batteries. The photovoltaic storage system can not only supply power to the station itself, but also provide fast charging services for electric vehicles, with an annual power generation capacity of up to 40,000 kWh, which is equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by about 31 tons per year. The ability to continuously supply power at night and in unlit conditions ensures that EV users can easily charge at any time.
AI unattended to improve efficiency and reduce costs

The site adopts an AI unattended system, which is connected to the Jiaojiang Parking Smart Operation Center to conduct 24-hour online all-round monitoring of the station, and actively find and solve problems according to the real-time status of personnel, vehicles, charging equipment, and fire-fighting facilities at the station, so as to improve operation and maintenance efficiency and reduce operation and maintenance costs.
The charging spaces are equipped with intelligent identification locks, which identify the vehicle type through the camera, and quickly open the new energy vehicles to avoid problems such as the occupation of fuel vehicles.
Jiaojiang City Luminous Storage, Charging and Discharging Station has also set up an intelligent rest station, which is equipped with air conditioning, hot and cold direct drinking water, sofas, smart TVs, free WiFi and other facilities to provide a place for car owners to rest and wait.
