In 1997, 22-year-old Pan Guoliang began to start Huanglei Rice Industry from scratch. Invested funds to purchase machinery and equipment, hired 6 employees, and successively purchased the Japanese company QDM-120 high-tech screening machine, Sino-foreign joint venture horizontal low-temperature fluidized sand roller rice machine, vertical iron roller rice machine, DCS-S series double-body high-speed automatic packaging electronic quantitative scale, KH-5Z needlework vacuum packaging machine and other modern equipment composed of rice milling production line, after 8 processing procedures, not only to make the production of milled rice without impurities, but also to make the production of milled rice shelf life up to 6 months, quality standards.
