2005 is the twentieth year of He Zizhen's death, and in order to commemorate her, her granddaughter Kong Dongmei wrote a biography of "Listening to Grandma Tell the Past Things" based on the story told by her grandmother.
In this book, Kong Dongmei specifically mentioned an old sweater, which is said to contain a secret buried deep in her heart.
Hidden in this sweater is a story of revolution and love, as well as the story of a brave woman, He Zizhen, and her great leader***. In Jinggangshan, He Zizhen was the first local woman to bravely participate in the revolution and cut off her long hair, while *** met He Zizhen when she had just finished losing the battle, her clothes were ragged, and her feet were purulent and swollen.
However, He Zizhen did not dislike him because of his appearance, but expressed his admiration for his enthusiasm and efforts for the revolution, and took the initiative to bandage his wounds.
This sweater carries the memories and love of this special period, as well as the firm belief in the revolutionary cause.
Grandpa Mao was in an embarrassing situation, but a little girl insisted on helping him. Although Grandpa Mao repeatedly refused, the little girl's resolute attitude made him unable to refuse. The little girl did not dislike to help Grandpa Mao clean the sludge on his feet, then apply it with boiled herbs, and then carefully wrap it with a strip of cloth.
Grandpa Mao was deeply moved, he felt that this lesbian was both beautiful and kind. After settling down in Jinggangshan, Grandpa Mao's workload was very heavy, and he couldn't be busy alone.
So, he asked Yuan Wencai to help him find a secretary. The next day, Yuan Wencai came with his sister and said that she was the most cultured person here. Grandpa Mao was a little skeptical at first, but when he saw that He Zizhen handled the work in an orderly manner, he was really relieved.
In their spare time, the two often have pleasant conversations. ** I was surprised to find that this young woman not only has beautiful handwriting, but also knows the local customs very well, has a generous and lively demeanor, and has a unique attraction.
He Zizhen gradually developed a deep affection for *** in the long time she got along, her first love could not be concealed, and her love for *** could be felt throughout Jinggangshan.
Yuan Wencai and Wang Zuo also fully supported her. Considering his sister's introversion, Wang Zuo and others took the initiative to find *** to talk about his feelings for He Zizhen. ** also likes this sunny girl very much, but he feels that he is too different in age from her, and he is afraid that it will be unfair to her.
Among the flowers all over Jinggang Mountain, Wang Zuo helped *** and He Zizhen complete a simple wedding ceremony. They invited some friends over for dinner at their home on a quiet evening, and they got married.
Although the outside enemy was eyeing each other, and the affairs of Jinggangshan were also numerous and complicated, they did not have time to enjoy the sweet moment, and they were busy with revolutionary work every day. Perhaps it was Heaven that compensated them by giving them two pure periods.
At the Fourth Party Congress in June 1929, they regrettably failed to be elected, and their old physical illnesses flared up again. He took He Zizhen to the mountains near Yongding County to recuperate, and by the way evaded the pursuit of the Kuomintang.
It is a peaceful mountain forest, surrounded by lush green bamboo, and even the house they live in is a bamboo house full of the smell of grass. Looking at the elegant environment around him, his mood and physical pain were swept away, and he said to He Zizhen with a smile: "Let's take this as our honeymoon, I was too busy with work before, and now we can live our own lives quietly here." ”
He Zizhen has always been worried about ***'s body, and he was happy to see that he was in a good mood, so he quickly nodded in agreement. In the days that followed, the husband and wife let go of their burdens and lived the life of an ordinary couple, without complicated political work, and their bodies were much better because of taking medicine.
**Often take He Zizhen for a walk in the mountains and forests, listen to the sound of the wind blowing through the bamboo leaves, and enjoy the quiet of the years.
If the "rest" in the first paragraph made *** happy, then the long years spent in the temple made him exhausted. In 1931, **'s predicament became more and more serious, and his physical condition deteriorated, for safety and environmental considerations, he and He Zizhen spent a long time in Donghuashan Ancient Temple and Jinsha Temple.
During those days, his political frustration and physical ailments made him physically and mentally exhausted and difficult to pull himself together. It is only when he reads that he can maintain his inner peace.
He Zizhen watched all this, although he was deeply heartbroken, but he couldn't do anything. She could only redouble her concern for him, trying to mobilize his emotions and keep him from falling into a trough.
Even a great man such as *** in the face of his wife's dedication, can not forget. In his later years, he forgot most things due to physical reasons, but the time he and his wife He Zizhen spent during the difficult Long March was a precious memory that he will never forget.
During the Long March, He Zizhen endured hardships, separated from her children, and even almost died in the bombing of enemy planes. In March 1935, the Red Army arrived in Panxian County, Guizhou, and was probably discovered by the Kuomintang reconnaissance troops.
In the chaos, stretchers were broken, and the wounded could not move, so they could only stay where they were in despair. Although He Zizhen had already hidden, he still rushed to the wounded without hesitation, but unfortunately he was swallowed up by the smoke of the shells.
By the time the smoke cleared and people gathered around, He Zizhen was already covered in blood and motionless. The hygienist quickly cleaned her wound to stop the bleeding, but her injuries were so severe that the wound began to bleed again as soon as it was wrapped.
Under the current medical conditions, it is difficult to completely remove hundreds of shrapnel, and the doctors tried their best to pull out only a third of the shrapnel, and 17 small shrapnel remained in her body, which became a trauma in her heart.
