On November 25th, the Urban Renewal Hall led by CCCC Investment, hereinafter referred to as CCCC Investment) and jointly funded and built with Liangye Technology, a member of the China Urban and Rural Member Enterprise, was officially opened, Liu Chengyun, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of CCCG, Li Xianxia, Member of the Standing Committee of the Shijingshan District Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor of Beijing, heads of relevant departments and units of CCCG, Yuan Xin, President of Tsinghua Tongheng Planning and Design Research Institute, and other leaders attended the opening ceremony and related activities; Kang Zhuo, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of China Urban and Rural District, participated in relevant activities and cut the ribbon for the opening ceremony.
At the opening ceremony, Liu Chengyun said that CCCG is the world's leading integrated service provider of super-large infrastructure, and is the only central enterprise that integrates the "three pilots" of state-owned capital investment company pilot, state-owned enterprise party building contact point, and transportation power construction pilot. In terms of "big city" business, CCCG fully implements the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, actively implements major national strategies, gives full play to the synergistic advantages of various units, focuses on important regions, major markets and key projects, and carries out a number of urban renewal projects in Beijing, Guangzhou, Changsha, Jinan and other regions.

Before the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the participating leaders visited the museum to understand the concept, policy and practical experience of China's urban renewal, as well as the "all-for-one" urban renewal model and theory with CCCC characteristics, experience the interactive multi-technology used in urban renewal in the western area of Shijingshan, Beijing, and feel the infinite charm of smart city through immersive technology experience such as VR and flying theater.
The Urban Renewal Pavilion is the first exhibition hall with the theme of urban renewal in China, which intuitively and vividly presents the whole chain of urban renewal solutions through digital light and shadow technology, brings together China's urban renewal concepts, policies and practical experience, and demonstrates the important role of urban renewal in the current era of urban development and spatial vitality.
According to statistics, during the trial operation of the urban renewal hall, it has successfully held the activities of diplomatic envoys from 40 countries entering the CCCC (including 40 countries and 110 diplomatic envoys), and received more than 30 first-class enterprises and institutions such as Guiyang, Jinan, Tianjin, Changping District, and Beijing Urban Renewal Alliance. At present, the museum has been awarded as the graduate social practice base of Tsinghua University and the innovative practice base of research, production and education integration of ** University of Finance and Economics.
