Qinyuan County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, as an important place of coal resources in southeast China, is a key coal-producing county in the country, the county is rich in resources, with proven coal reserves of 12.8 billion tons and recoverable reserves of 9 billion tons, and has been approved to produce 35.2 million tons per year, with an annual output of 14.9 million tons, all of which are transported by automobiles.
At present, there are no expressways and first-class highways in Qinyuan County, and the railway only has the Qinqin line, a local railway from Qinyuan County to Qinyuan County, with an annual transportation volume of less than one million tons, which seriously restricts the development and export of coal resources in Qinyuan County.
In June 2019, in order to implement the "Notice of the General Office of the People's of Shanxi Province on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for Promoting the Adjustment of Transportation Structure in Shanxi Province" (Jin Zheng Ban Fa No. 30, 2019) and accelerate the development of the "road to railway" work, the Changzhi Municipal Development and Reform Commission organized a "road to railway" work promotion meeting to discuss and study the construction plan of the new intersection of the coal export railway in Qinyuan County to Anze railway project.
The total length of the railway from Xinjiaokou to Anze is 4186km, located in Changzhi City and Linfen City, Shanxi Province, the line starts from Anze County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province in the south, and reaches Jiaokou Township, Qinyuan County, Changzhi City in the north.
After the completion of the line, it will be connected to the Taijiao Railway through the Qinqin Railway to the north, and to the Wari Railway through the Yongxin Railway Special Line to the south, which is of great significance for improving the regional road network, improving the comprehensive transportation efficiency, reducing logistics costs, continuously deepening the structural reform of the transportation supply side, and promoting the fast, efficient, convenient and low-cost transportation of coal in Qinyuan County.
The new Xinjiaokou to Anze railway is mainly responsible for the coal export business of Qinyuan County, with a near-distance and far-distance transportation volume of 15.9 million tons and 19 million tons respectively, and the rear channel is mainly the Yongxin railway special line and the Wari railway under construction.
In order to realize the direct transportation of road enterprises, improve transportation efficiency, and avoid the operation of increasing or decreasing axes, the design standards of this line are consistent with the rear channel, and the traction quality is 10,000t.
The Yongxin Railway Special Line under construction is located in Anze County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province, and the line starts from Anze Station of Wari Railway in the south to Tangcheng Station of Tangcheng Coal Coking Industrial Park in Anze County in the north.
The total length of the line is 2437km, for freight railway.
There are three stations on the whole line, namely Anze Station, Tangcheng Station, and Hechuan Station.
The traction quality of Yongxin railway special line is 10,000t, and the transportation capacity of near and far is 6 million tons and 8.5 million tons respectively.
As the rear channel of the project, the Yongxin railway special line still has a surplus capacity after adding the freight volume of the project within the study year.
The Wari Railway starts from Watang Town, Xingxian County, Luliang City, Shanxi Province in the west to Rizhao Port in Shandong Province in the east, and is one of the major energy channels for transporting coal from west to east in China. With a total length of 1260km, a design speed of 120km and a design freight capacity of 200 million tons, it is the first railway in China to be built in accordance with the 30t axle heavy load standard, and has been officially completed and opened to traffic at the end of 2014.
As the main rear corridor of the project, the Wari Railway still has a surplus capacity after adding the freight volume of the project during the study year.
Figure 1 shows the composition of the regional road network.
Figure 1 Schematic diagram of the regional road network.
The project is located in the Taiyue Mountainous Area, with large undulating terrain and developed gullies, which is a low- and medium-sized mountainous area with serious denudation.
The stratigraphic lithology is mainly Quaternary Holocene alluvial sandy neoloess, coarse (fine) round gravelly, Upper Pleistocene sandy neoloess, Middle Pleistocene old loess, coarse (fine) round gravel, Lower Pleistocene clay, and Lower Triassic sandstone and mudstone.
* Intensity, groundwater is mainly Quaternary pore water and bedrock fissure water.
The main river systems in the region are the Lin River, the Baizi River and the Langwei River, which are tributaries of the Qin River, all of which are perennial flowing rivers with seasonal flows.
According to the "Railway Line Design Code", the design speed of 120km h and above railways and heavy-haul railways should be designed according to the fully enclosed, full interchange, and when the railway and the road (road) cross in three dimensions, it is advisable to take the way of railway spanning.
The main highways related to the route of this project in this area are: S222, S323, X561, X643, planned Lihuo Expressway, etc., and the main railways are: Wari Railway, Qinqin Line, Yongxin Railway Special Line.
Therefore, the control of the clear width and clear height of the line and the above-mentioned highway and railway crossing, as well as the selection of the position relationship in the same channel, will affect the integration scheme of the project to varying degrees.
The planning related to the direction of the project in this area is the overall urban planning of Qinyuan County.
The Urban Master Plan of Qinyuan County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province (2011-2030) focuses on the overall planning of the county-level urban system in Qinyuan County, focusing on the spatial structure and land use layout, public service facilities and municipal infrastructure in the county.
The spatial layout of cities and towns in Qinyuan County is greatly affected by topographic factors, and is mainly distributed in the mountainous valley area.
At present, the city is close to the development of Xishan, and from the perspective of the surrounding land use and the demand for spatial development, the future development direction of the planned city is to expand to the north and extend to the east and Vietnam, of which the north is the main development direction of the city.
Therefore, when the line passes through Qinyuan County, urban land planning should be considered to avoid affecting the planned construction area.
The distribution of environmentally sensitive points such as water source protection areas and national public welfare forests along the route has a certain impact on the direction of the route, and environmentally sensitive points should be avoided as much as possible when selecting the route.
The new Xinjiaokou to Anze Railway is mainly responsible for the export business of coal in Qinyuan County through the Wari Railway, and the freight cars are mainly through, and the main arrival direction is Jiangsu, Hubei, Hunan, Anhui and other places, and the coal export channel is mainly composed of the new Xinjiaokou to Anze Railway, the Yongxin Railway Special Line under construction and the Wari Railway.
According to the current situation of the existing line, the characteristics of the traffic volume, the topography, the landform and the urban development plan, and based on the principles of shortest transportation path, reducing cross interference, avoiding the large-scale demolition and renovation of the existing and under construction stations by the connection project, and taking into account the flexibility of the transportation organization, three connection point schemes were studied: the connection scheme of Tangcheng Station, the connection scheme of Hechuan Station and the connection scheme of Anze Station.
Among them, it is connected to Anze Station of Wari Railway, and a new main line length of 56 is required71km, the bridge is 11 miles long41km, the tunnel is 762km, the proportion of bridges and tunnels is 3356%;The total length of the relief line is 1324km, the bridge is 260km, the tunnel is 594km, the proportion of bridges and tunnels is 6450%。
After comparison, considering that the bridge and tunnel connection scheme of Anze Station is relatively high, there are many control projects, large project investment and long construction period, and it is abandoned after research.
This time, we will focus on the two integration schemes of this line and the Tangcheng Station and Hechuan Station of the Yongxin Railway Special Line.
Tangcheng Station is the installation station of the Yongxin railway line under construction. There are 5 departure lines at the station, with an effective length of 1700m; A driving command platform, with a size of 60m 6m 03m;There are 2 coal loading lines, 1 coke loading line, and a 1700m 25m container yard in the loading yard; There are 2 standby lines and 1 maintenance line in the station.
The new Xinjiaokou to Anze Railway is from the Tangcheng Station of the Yongxin Railway Special Line under construction to the small mileage end of the throat area with No. 18 turnout, and the Tangcheng Station under construction parallel to 1The 2km horizontal line is set to the east field of Tangcheng Station, and then the line goes northeast to 2The 2km tunnel bypasses the planned location of the Taiyue Coal Coking Plant, then crosses Zhongtang Road, and then takes 2The 3km tunnel passes through the mountain to Zhongyu Township, reserves the location of Zhongyu Station, and then crosses the X643 and Wumu Village Village Road to 55km、0.The 6km tunnel crosses the mountains, crosses the national highway G341, and travels north along the west side of the Qin River to CK27+300 at the end of the comparison.
The length of the new line is 2759km, of which the bridge is 4 miles long55km, the tunnel is 10 miles long64km, the proportion of bridges and tunnels is 5507%。
The integration scheme is shown in Figure 2.
Figure 2 Schematic diagram of the integration scheme.
The east field of Tangcheng Station and Tangcheng Station are arranged horizontally to the departure site, with 2 departure lines (including 1 main line) and 1 safety line; a driving command platform; The signal interlocking is centrally controlled by Tangcheng Station.
The layout of the station is shown in Figure 3.
Figure 3 Layout of Tangcheng Station.
Hechuan Station is a reserved station for the Yongxin railway line under construction. The station is located near the ditch in the north of Hechuan Town, Anze County, and has 1 long-term reservation to the departure line and 1 safety line.
The new new intersection to Anze railway from the Yongxin railway line under construction reserved Hechuan station to lead, turn to the east to 09km、2.8km、2.1km tunnel to the west side of the ditch, then turn north, to 09km tunnel to Xiaonanchuan, reserve the location of Xiaonanchuan station, and then cross the Baizi River to continue northward to the north side of Qinyuan County, cross the national highway G341 to reach the end point CIK33+8670。
The total length of the new line is 3387km, the bridge is 657km, the tunnel is 660km, the proportion of bridges and tunnels is 3890%。
The integration scheme is shown in Figure 2.
After the new intersection to Anze railway was introduced into Hechuan Station, 2 lines and 2 safety lines were added to the station. The layout of the station is shown in Figure 4.
Figure 4 Layout of Wagawa Station.
The main technical and economic comparisons of the programmes are shown in Table 1.
The advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are analyzed in Table 2.
To sum up, although the proportion of bridges and tunnels is low, the line length of the scheme is 6 longer than that of Tangcheng Station28km, the project investment is large, and the length of the new line of the Zhongyu special line is 12km, which is not in line with the planning of the Zhongyu special line and is not conducive to the line to attract the traffic of Zhongyu coal mine; And the plan passes through the west side of Qinyuan County, less than 500m away from the county seat, which has a certain impact on the planning of Qinyuan County, and has a certain damage to the natural environment of Xishan. The route passes through the secondary water source protection area of Beiyuan Town, and it is difficult to go through the administrative licensing procedures of the protection area.
Although the connection scheme of Tangcheng Station is relatively high and the project investment is large, it is far away from Qinyuan County and close to Zhongyu Coal Mine, which is conducive to attracting traffic.
This study combines the topography and landform of the area through which the line passes, the environmentally sensitive points, the project investment, and the urban planning and local opinions of Qinyuan County, and recommends the integration scheme of Tangcheng Station.
As an important transportation channel for coal export in Qinyuan area, the new Xinjiaokou-Anze railway is also an important part of the railway collection and transportation system of Wari, a major energy channel, and its construction plays an important role in building the coal collection and transportation system of Wari Railway, promoting large-scale and low-cost transportation of coal in Qinyuan area, and driving the sustainable development of local economy.
Through the analysis of the current situation of the existing line, the characteristics of the traffic volume, the topography, landform, urban development planning, engineering investment and other factors along the line, the Tangcheng station integration scheme is selected and recommended, which greatly reduces the interference of urban planning and ensures the smooth implementation of the project under the condition that the amount of work does not increase much.
