After the self-priming pump starts, the direction of rotation is counterclockwise from the water inlet, if the electric pump is reversed, only need to adjust the wiring position of any two-phase wire in the cable. 3. The sewage self-priming pump and the pipeline should have their own supporting parts, and the weight of the pipeline should not be applied to the pump. 4. If the discharge pipeline of the self-priming pump is equipped with a check valve, it should be installed outside the interval. 5. In order to facilitate maintenance and convenience and safety, a regulating valve is installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump and a pressure gauge is installed near the outlet of the pump to ensure that the pump operates within the rated head and flow range, ensure the normal operation of the pump, and improve the service life of the pump. 
6. The self-priming pump shall not run the electric pump in a low head state for a long time (under normal circumstances, the use of the head shall not be less than 70 of the rated head), which can be controlled within the recommended use of the head range, so as to prevent the pump from burning out the motor due to overload. 7. The sewage self-priming pump should not be operated under cavitation conditions to improve the service life of the pump, and it is strictly forbidden for the pump to run without liquid, otherwise it is easy to burn the mechanical seals. 8. When the parts of the self-priming pump are made of cast iron, when installed in the open air in winter, attention should be paid to prevent breaking, and when the temperature is particularly low, it should be insulated. When installing the pump, the anchor bolts must be tightened to avoid the impact of vibration on the performance of the pump when starting. 9. In order to prevent the pump from bearing the thermal deformation of the pipeline when the pipeline sewage pump conveys high-temperature liquid, the anchor bolt of the pump seat should not be fixed, and the pump can move with the pipeline when the pipeline system is in thermal expansion and cold contraction. 10. The inlet and outlet connection flanges of the sewage self-priming pump are designed according to the 684216-84 standard, and the pipeline flanges should be equipped with the same regulations. 11. After the installation of the pipeline sewage pump, the pump shaft should be toggled, and the impeller should be free of friction sound or jamming, otherwise the pump should be disassembled for inspection and maintenance. 12. Before the installation of the sewage self-priming pump, the fastening of the pump and the motor should be checked and whether there is any damage.
