Installation and configuration guide for the centralized power controller

Mondo Technology Updated on 2024-02-01

Installing and configuring a centralized power controller is a carefully considered process, and here are some guidelines:

Installation base: Centralized power controllers are usually installed on the floor and require a steel base to accompany the machine. The base is firmly fixed with the ground, and the machine is fixed with bolts with the base. Make sure there is enough space in the front and back of the machine for operation and service. At the same time, the area where the equipment is placed must be well ventilated and away from water, flammable gases and corrosives.

Connect the batteries: Depending on the number and size of batteries equipped with the device, connect the batteries in series or parallel. Make sure the device's battery circuit breaker is in the off position before connecting the battery. The positive and negative cables must not be connected incorrectly, otherwise the inverter and battery will be damaged.

Connect the output loop (to the load): Connect the load line to the lower end of the circuit breaker of the output loop of the device.

Connect the power input cable: Connect the power input cable to the upper end of the input circuit breaker. Note that the phase wire and neutral line of the mains input line cannot be reversed.

Connect the system ground: connect the mains input ground wire and the load input ground wire to the equipment grounding terminal.

Connect the linkage 24V control cable and feedback signal cable.

Configuration: Configure the control mode and function of the centralized power controller according to the actual requirements. For example, it can be configured with timing control, remote control, manual control and other control modes, as well as various protection functions, such as over-current protection, over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, etc.

Commissioning: After completing the installation and configuration, debugging is performed to ensure that the centralized power controller is working properly. Check whether the lines are connected correctly, test whether the various control functions are working properly, and test the power supply equipment.

It should be noted that during the installation and configuration of the centralized power controller, relevant safety norms and standards should be followed to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment. At the same time, it is recommended that the installation and configuration be carried out by professionals to avoid equipment damage or safety accidents caused by improper operation.
