Baltic State Technical University is a university under the Ministry of Science and Education of the Russian Federation. Founded in 1860 by the Tsar, the school is located in the center of St. Petersburg, Russia's second largest city. In 1992 it was renamed Ustinov Baltic State Technical University (Military Technology). The university is not only one of the leading universities in Russia, but also the second higher education institution in Russia to receive a national license. Located in St. Petersburg, the university is a leading Russian Polytechnic University with an international leader in the study of mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, automation, materials science, lasers and other disciplines. The university has 4 colleges, 8 teaching departments, 38 majors and 21 research directions. There are 6,500 students, including 4,500 full-time students.

In the early 50s of the 20th century, the vice president of the university and a well-known aerospace expert, Shelusin, led a group of Russian experts to help China establish the Beijing Aerospace University. Since then, the university's research team has cooperated with the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, National University of Defense Technology, Shanghai Academy of Aerospace Technology and other research institutions and universities in the field of scientific research. Since 1991, more than 30 Russian engineering and technical scholars and experts represented by Sherusin, a world-renowned expert in the field of laser technology and an academic leader in the field of engineering technology at the university, have given a series of academic lectures at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, National University of Defense Technology and other universities. Russian-Chinese International Exchange Office:

The Office of Exchanges is a direct department of the Baltic State Technical University and is similar to the International Cooperation Office of Chinese universities. It was established with the aim of promoting mutual visits and exchanges between students of the two countries, and strengthening friendship and mutual understanding. At the same time, the Office is also committed to promoting academic exchanges and professional development among teachers, and jointly exploring educational and teaching methods and concepts. In addition, the Office of Exchanges also conducts activities such as joint research, academic conferences and lectures to promote academic exchanges and cooperation.

In addition to exchanges with Chinese universities, institutions and enterprises in education, culture, economy and trade, the Office also assists schools in teaching Chinese, so that more Russian students can know and understand China, so as to promote the establishment of friendship between the young generation of the two countries. As the representative of the university, the Office of Exchanges will be fully responsible for the cooperation and recruitment of Chinese universities.

Enrollment target: current (past) general high school and secondary vocational graduates.

Undergraduate study: 1 year (preparatory department) + 4 years undergraduate (5 years for some majors).

At the preparatory level, students learn the Russian language and get started with the specialty. Preparatory studies can be carried out at partner universities or directly at the Faculty of PTI Baltic. After admission to the preparatory department, a guaranteed admission notice will be issued, and after the acceptance of the preparatory department, students will be directly enrolled in the department.

Admission requirements: secondary vocational high school diploma + recommendation + interview.

Through the recommendation of the Chinese school, the two parties will jointly organize an interview to select the best candidates.

Guaranteed service fee: 980,000 yuan (including interview guidance fee, preparatory department guarantee fee, intermediary service fee, overseas service guidance fee.) )

Preparatory course start time: February and September every year (specific schools will be notified).

Undergraduate intake: September every year.

Tuition: 1-220,000 RMB per year; The accommodation fee is about 2,000 yuan per year (according to the exchange rate of rubles to yuan).

School dormitory: We welcome international students from all over the world. The school has built a good dormitory environment for international students, and has a special person to manage and clean the dormitory. The dormitories have separate activity centres, free gyms, communal kitchens and bathing centres. The school dormitory is a room for 2-3 people, with a beautiful and comfortable environment.
