The prebaked anode is a supporting industry of the aluminum industry, which is made of petroleum coke, a by-product of the refinery, as the aggregate, and coal asphalt, the by-product of the coking plant, as the binder, through a series of processes. The prebaked anode is mainly used as an anode for the pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cell, which is known as the "heart" of the electrolytic cell, and the gross consumption of the prebaked anode is about 05 tons.
The pre-baked anode production process generally includes multiple steps such as pre-crushing, calcination, crushing, screening, binder pretreatment, kneading, molding, roasting and cleaning. Most of the anode roasting adopts ring roaster, which is arranged in double rows by several furnace chambers with the same structure, which is the most critical large-scale thermal furnace equipment for the production of carbon products.
In the production and use of prebaked anodes, the problem of flue gas corrosion has always been a problem that plagues the industry. The anode roaster produces 1t pre-baked anode block with an exhaust flue gas volume of about 10000 12000m3, and the main pollutants in the flue gas are particulate matter, SO2, asphalt smoke (the main component is tar) and fluoride (the main component is HF), which is highly corrosive. Highly corrosive flue gas not only affects the quality of the anode, but also causes corrosion damage to the subsequent flue gas system equipment such as flue gas and chimney.
It is difficult to reduce the corrosion of the anode by flue gas in roasting production, but it is not difficult to solve the corrosion of subsequent chimneys and flues: it is enough to apply 041 flue gas anticorrosive coating with temperature resistance of 750 for protection. ZS-1041 is a coating specially developed for high temperature corrosive environment, with high hardness, good wear resistance, excellent anti-corrosion performance, high temperature resistance and impact resistance. By coating the chimney and flue system of the pre-baked anode roaster with ZS-1041 coating, it can effectively prevent the corrosion of roasting flue gas, prolong the service life of the equipment, and ensure the continuity and stability of the production process.
