First of all, the main raw material domestic waste required for the production of the project is provided by the Siyang Urban Management Bureau, and a certain amount is guaranteed every year to pay the company's 40 yuan ton of garbage disposal fee; Secondly, the electricity generated by waste incineration is fully received by the Jiangsu Provincial Electric Power Company; Finally, the funds for the construction of the project were provided by the Siyang Sub-branch of CCB, and the maximum concession was provided in terms of interest rate.
At present, Everbright Environmental Energy (Siyang)** covers an area of 112 acres and has a concession granted by the company, which consists of a number of major waste treatment facilities such as the main plant, the leachate treatment center and the kitchen waste treatment center.
Now, we can process 600 tons of garbage per day, which can fully handle the needs of the whole county of Siyang. Initially, the waste-to-energy project was submitted for approval by other banks, but due to various reasons, it has not been able to form a expenditure.
After learning that the enterprise has financing needs, CCB Siyang Sub-branch will come to the door as soon as possible and report the current financing difficulties of the enterprise to the superior bank for exceptional approval. The account manager stepped up to write the application materials, and it took less than a month for the loan to be successfully placed.
Enterprises themselves are in line with the general trend of environmental protection and new energy, and their main demand is project construction funds. Before the project was implemented, we made a lot of efforts, for example, when the loan was issued, the communication between the enterprise and the EIA approval was somewhat hindered, and we were deeply involved in it to help the enterprise obtain the relevant requirements. In the operation room of the Everbright Environmental Energy Waste Treatment Center, there is a floor-to-ceiling window that can see the giant garbage storage pit, where workers are dumping household waste that has been fermented for three to seven days into the incinerator through a garbage crane grab. In the garbage disposal process, the "fermented air" is used to avoid the overflow of odors, and the fermented garbage is burned in the incinerator, and the garbage that goes in is the garbage, but the garbage that comes out becomes the "treasure".
On the one hand, the treated leachate can meet the basic requirements of urban greening water; On the other hand, the metal in the incineration residue slag is reprocessed to make cement, bricks, etc. for urban road construction. In addition, the most important is the power generation function, through waste incineration, the company's daily power generation capacity of 25 kilowatt hours, equivalent to the electricity consumption of 40,000 households a day, a small part of this electricity for its own use, most of it is transmitted to the national grid, is the company's largest revenue **.
