In order to help the children overcome their fear of endorsement, I piloted the activity of "Mobile Endorsement Team Leader" in the class, which stimulated the enthusiasm of the children to endorse.

Teacher, what is a mobile endorsement team leader?

If you are required to memorize it, the students in our class, no matter who you are, as long as you can memorize it first, you will come to the teacher to memorize it, and I will sign the word "back" for you, and this student is the leader of the endorsement team of our class. There are 10 such places, and which ten students memorize this text first, these ten students are the leader of the endorsement team this time. The next time you memorize the text, you can start again, and the top 10 students who still memorize the text first are the leader of the endorsement group.

When the students heard this, they all agreed.

At first, I came up with this method, and I was a little worried. Because the students in the class who endorse quickly are almost fixed, in this way, doesn't it mean that the endorsement team leader is also fixed? Who knows, my worries are purely unnecessary, and the children will find a way.

In order to become the leader of this mobile endorsement team, they came up with a trick: if he did not become the leader of the endorsement team when he memorized the first text that was required to be memorized, then he would first recite the later texts in advance, and when he could memorize them, he would memorize them first, and the leader of the endorsement team would become the leader.

To encourage children to "fight for me", I allow them to recite in advance. Therefore, when children finish reciting a text, they always come to me and ask: Teacher, do you want to memorize the next one?

The kids had a lot of fun. There is a secret competition between classmates, for fear that they will fall behind and not be the leader of the endorsement team.

After the other children have memorized the text from the leader of the endorsement group, ask the leader of the endorsement group to sign their names, and then the student will take the text to me and sign the word "memorize". I would also memorize in class, at any time, and never say hello. This prevents the endorsement team leader from secretly "letting go of water".

If there is a student who can't memorize it when he pulls his back. After that class, the leader of the endorsement team will be held accountable, and he will make up for it with the student in his spare time, and the student will memorize it and then go home, and this time, come to me to recite it.

It's just that for a few "nail households", this method does not work. No matter how hard other students tried, they just didn't move, and they didn't even want to read the text, so to speak, they lost interest completely. After contacting the parents, we found out the real reason for them. I'll elaborate on this in a later chapter.

In terms of duty, I have also adopted a similar approach, so that the daily duty team leader is mobile, and the duty team leader is the child who is active and responsible. Elections are held once a week, and five team leaders on duty are elected at a time, one per day. In this way, most of the students in the class can experience what it is like to be a class leader. There are also a small number of students who say that they still like the previous way of fixed staff, because it is too cumbersome to move back and forth.

Yes, the student's words are not unreasonable. There are a thousand Hamlets for a thousand readers, and where there are many people, it will always be difficult to reconcile. There are many things that cannot be done in an all-round way. For a class, there are some things that cannot be ignored by any student, and some things that can only be obeyed by the minority and the majority. Fortunately, these methods are not set in stone and are constantly changing and improving to meet the needs of students.
