Pedro González López, also known as Pedri, born 25 November 2002 in Tenerife, Spain, is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder and currently plays for FC Barcelona in the Spanish Primera Liga and represents the Spanish national team.
Growth:
Pedri grew up in the small town of Tegust in Tenerife and joined the academy of local club Hubendu de Laguna as a teenager. There, he honed his foot skills and ability to read the game. In 2018, Pedri joined Las Palmas FC's youth team and was promoted to the first team in the summer of 2019.
Career:
In September 2019, Pedri signed with Barcelona and returned to Las Palmas on loan for a season.
