Optimized blade design
Traditional blade designs may not adequately meet the needs of handling sticky materials, resulting in frequent sticking of walls. To solve this problem, we came up with an innovative blade combination: a plate-shaped blade set in the lower part and a fan-shaped crushing blade in the upper part. This unique combination of designs not only improves the drying, crushing and rising motion of the material, but also significantly reduces the sticking of sticky materials, thereby improving the overall grinding efficiency.
Enhanced sealing performance
The sealing performance of the flash dryer is the key to preventing spillage. For this purpose, we introduced a labyrinth sealing device and cleverly mounted it on the inside of the seal. This innovative design effectively prevents hot air and material from leaking from the seal by increasing the complexity and twists of the seal. At the same time, we also installed a spacer ring in the middle of the original packing chamber to divide the chamber into two separate parts. This separation design ensures that the sealing operating pressure is always higher than the operating air pressure of the flash memory body, which further enhances the sealing effect and ensures the stable operation of the equipment.
