I found that I failed several indicators, severe obesity, high blood lipids, high uric acid, and I didn't want to spend the rest of my life on drugs, so I had to strengthen my exercise.
I walk briskly for half an hour every day, and if it's raining, I'm doing exercises at home. I don't dare touch high-calorie food, barbecue and stuff like that already insulates me. There is a saying on the Internet: the world belongs to you, the world belongs to mine, and in the final analysis, it belongs to those who are healthy. I think the world belongs to me, so I need to strengthen my workout.
2. Read a book. Books are my spiritual strength. No matter how busy I am, I will find time to read every day, even if it is 10 minutes, you learn 10 points more than others every day, 10 minutes a day, multiplied by 365 days, which is not a small amount. Your knowledge is many times greater than that of others.
Reading is the most economical entertainment, and reading is the longest-lasting companionship. Reading can change a person's thinking, and reading can give you a boost. If you don't know what to do all day, come read a book.
3. Writing. When I was a student, I loved writing, and my junior high school composition didn't bother me at all. Writing is really not difficult, the writing material is all around us. If you look closely, you'll find a lot to write about.
When I'm in a bad mood, I like writing the most. I treat writing as a tree hole, and I write all the things that bother me and don't go well into the tree hole. In this way, your mood will improve instantly.
