1. Installation instructions for float level gauge:
1. Al-UQZ instrument.
2. The measured medium should not contain ferromagnetic impurities.
3. In order to prevent the float from slipping or hitting the sealed tube at high speed during transportation, causing the measuring belt to fall out, the instrument is fixed at the bottom of the sealed tube with a clamp before leaving the factory, and the magnet is on the top of the sealed tube. Before installation and use, the user should remove the clamp, raise the float to the top of the sealing tube, and then gently move the float down, and the needle should be rotated accordingly.
4. The panel indication of the instrument is pointer type, the indication number is arranged in the direction of the needle when the full degree is measured, and the indication number is arranged in the counterclockwise direction when the vacancy is measured.
5. The instrument is equipped with an installation flange when leaving the factory, and the user should have a pipe flange.
6. The installation position of the instrument is generally selected in half of the measuring range.

When ordering, please indicate the installation form and neck length L value. For open or non-metallic containers, bracket mounting is possible.
3. The installation method of the float level gauge is as follows:
1.First, determine where the level gauge is mounted. In general, the level gauge should be installed on the side wall of the tank or vessel, far away from the liquid level, to avoid direct contact with the liquid.
2.Clean the installation position. Make sure that the surface of the installation location is clean, flat, and free of impurities.
3.Fixed mounting brackets. According to the size and installation requirements of the level gauge, select the appropriate bracket and fix it on the installation position with screws.
4.Install the float. Connect the upper part of the float to the float assembly interface or chain of the level gauge and make sure that the float can move up and down freely.
5.Connect the cables. Connect the cable of the level gauge to the appropriate control system or indicator and make sure that the connection is secure.
6.Debugging and testing. According to the instruction manual of the level gauge, debug and test the working status and accuracy of the level gauge. Make sure the level gauge can read the level accurately.
7.Regular inspection and maintenance. Regularly check the working condition of the level gauge and clean and maintain it as needed to ensure its proper operation.
