Yue Qifeng, a hot-blooded young man who joined the revolution after the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, his life was full of struggle and dedication. As the governor of Hebei, the governor of Liaoning, and the secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee, he has grown into an outstanding senior cadre under the training of our party.

So, what is the story of Yue Qifeng? Born in 1931 in Daimyo, Hebei, he witnessed the full-scale outbreak of the Sino-Japanese War during his childhood, and his hometown of Hebei was soon occupied by the Japanese invaders.

However, the people of Hebei did not give in, they bravely stood up and resisted, and with their blood and sweat, they composed a magnificent song of resistance. Yue Qifeng's life is a vivid portrayal of this history, and his story is the pride and pride of our nation.

Yue Qifeng grew up in the scene of the Eighth Route Army fighting side by side with the local people, and this spirit of heroic resistance sowed the seeds of national salvation in his young heart.

However, due to age restrictions, he was unable to show his strength on the battlefield until early 1945, when Yue Qifeng was 14 years old, he joined the local anti-rape and revenge team and began his own road to save the country.

Soon after Yue Qifeng joined the revolution, the Japanese invaders were forced to surrender, and our party led the people of all nationalities throughout the country to win the victory in the War of Resistance Against Japan. During the War of Liberation, Yue Qifeng was still active in Hebei, actively participated in the construction of the base area, played an important role in land reform and front-line support, and ushered in the birth of New China.

In Handan in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China, Comrade Yue Qifeng experienced the basic transformation of the initial stage of socialism and the production and life of the peasants. He always paid close attention to the weal and woe of the peasant masses and took it as his responsibility to solve the peasants' difficulties.

During the Great Leap Forward Movement, he also stuck to his original intention and did his best to work for the welfare of the peasants. In 1966, when the ten-year catastrophe began, Yue Qifeng, as deputy secretary of the Handan Municipal Party Committee, was also affected, but he did not stop paying attention to and solving the peasant problem.

During the period when he was sent to work in the countryside, he took advantage of all the opportunities to study, narrowed the distance with the peasant masses, solved many problems that the peasants were concerned about, accumulated rich rural work experience, and laid a solid foundation for the subsequent important posts.

After Yue Qifeng returned to work in 1969, he successively served as the director of the office of the Handan Prefectural Party Committee and the deputy director of the Revolutionary Committee of the Handan Iron and Steel General Plant. During his tenure, he devoted all his efforts to rectify the production order of the factory, worked hard to manage and promote production, so that Handan Iron and Steel, which was on the verge of suspension of production, was quickly revitalized and resumed production.

At the same time, he also actively promoted the implementation of major projects and scientific and technological innovation of Handan Iron and Steel, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent development of Handan Iron and Steel. After smashing the "Gang of Four", Yue Qifeng was reused, and he successively served as the first secretary of the Handan Municipal Party Committee and the secretary of the Tangshan Municipal Party Committee.

In 1986, he was promoted to deputy secretary of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee, and in 1988, at the age of 57, he was promoted to the governor of Hebei Province, becoming a provincial-level cadre in the People's Republic of China.

In 1990, Yue Qifeng, who was 59 years old at the time, received the important task of the state again and was transferred to the governor of Liaoning Province to continue to contribute to the economic development of China during the reform and opening up period.

In 1994, 63-year-old Yue Qifeng went to Heilongjiang to serve as the secretary of the provincial party committee, fully responsible for the daily work of the Heilongjiang provincial party committee. During his tenure in office, he resolutely implemented the policy of reform and opening up, strictly implemented the strict management of the party, devoted himself to the construction of material and spiritual civilization in Heilongjiang, and promoted the development of various undertakings in Heilongjiang.

In his later years, Yue Qifeng spent time in Beijing and died in 2008 at the age of 77.
