We are in an era of material, intellectual and information, the more we usually have, the more attention we have, the more complicated our life becomes, the easier it is to be distracted, and once we exceed our management ability, we no longer have them.
In 2024, I don't set all kinds of big flags for myself, and only do these little things every day.
