Alipay Medical Insurance Family Mutual Aid Binding Steps:
1. Open Alipay and enter "Medical Insurance Family Mutual Aid" from the search bar at the top of the page to enter the page.
2. After entering the page, click on the "Medical Insurance Family Mutual Aid" at the bottom of the page to enter the page.
3. Click "Apply Now" to add to complete the binding of mutual aid objects, or click "Unbind" to unbind (some provinces cannot handle this function without opening this function).
4. After the binding is successful, it will take effect the next day, and you can click "View Details" to view the mutual aid information.
5. Note: The medical expenses for ordinary outpatient, inpatient and outpatient special diseases incurred by the mutual aid recipients in the provincial designated medical institutions (excluding retail pharmacies) (except for the medical expenses incurred during the cash purchase of drugs and the replacement of social security cards by the insured persons) shall be reimbursed and settled by the provincial medical insurance agency upon the application of the mutual aid recipients, and the part borne by the individual can be paid with the funds of the family mutual aid account.
6. Scope of application of medical insurance family mutual aid:
1.It is only applicable to those who participate in the medical insurance of employees in our province and enjoy the benefits normally;
2.It is only applicable to the establishment of effective mutual aid relations (the establishment of cross-coordination areas is not supported);
3.It is only applicable to the balance of the province's employee medical insurance individual over the years, which can be used to pay for the medical expenses incurred by the mutual aid objects (only spouses, parents, and children) who participate in the provincial employee medical insurance (after July 1);
4.It is not applicable to urban and rural residents, medical insurance participants, employees, medical insurance participants, resignation, interruption of payment, etc.;
5.It is not applicable to inter-provincial settlement and out-of-province insured persons.
