After investigation, it was the criminal suspect Chen Moumou (male, 60 years old, from Xiaozhaiba Town, Xifeng County) who dropped an unextinguished cigarette butt in the mountain forest of Li Anzhai Group, Li'anzhai Village, Liuchang Town, on the day of the incident, causing a forest fire, with an area of 1364 acres.
At present, Chen Moumou has been taken criminal compulsory measures by the public security organs in accordance with the law on suspicion of committing a crime, and the case is being further investigated.
Case 4: At about 12 o'clock on February 20, a mountain fire broke out in Shitang Village, Yongle Township, Nanming District, Guiyang City.
After investigation, it was Zhang Moulong (male, 51 years old, from Guiyang City, Guizhou Province) and Zhang Mouyan (female, 47 years old, from Qianxi City, Guizhou Province) who carried incense wax paper candles to the grave to worship.
