Basket washer
The workflow of the basket washing machine assembly line is a continuous and automated process, and the specific steps are as follows:
1. Feeding stage: First, the dirty turnover basket is fed into the beginning of the assembly line through the conveyor belt or chain. This stage is usually automatic, with the baskets being fed into the assembly line at a certain spacing and speed.
2. Pre-cleaning stage: After entering the assembly line, the basket first passes through the pre-cleaning area. Here, a high-pressure spray rinse may be used to remove most of the stains and dirt from the surface of the basket.
3. Deep cleaning stage: After pre-cleaning, the basket enters the deep cleaning area. Here, the basket may be cleaned more thoroughly by brushing, bubble cleaning, etc., to remove stubborn stains and residues.
4. Rinsing stage: After deep cleaning, the basket will enter the rinsing area. This stage is mainly to rinse the basket with clean water to remove the chemicals or cleaning agent residues used in the cleaning process.
5. Drying stage: After rinsing, the basket will enter the drying area. Here, hot air or infrared rays are used to dry the basket to ensure that the surface of the basket is dry and prevent secondary pollution.
6. Discharging stage: Finally, the baskets that have been cleaned and dried are sent out from the end of the assembly line through a conveyor belt or chain. The baskets are now clean and dry and can be reused for loading items.
In the whole workflow, the basket washing machine assembly line is usually equipped with an automatic control system to achieve automatic switching and control of each stage. At the same time, the assembly line may also be equipped with energy-saving equipment, such as frequency converters, energy-saving motors, etc., to reduce energy consumption. In addition, some advanced basket washing machine assembly lines may also be equipped with sterilization equipment to sterilize the baskets and ensure the hygienic quality of the baskets.
