The 11th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 16th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress by-elected Huang Lixin as a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress. The Eighth Session of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress confirmed the validity of Huang Lixin's qualifications on the basis of the report submitted by the Credentials Review Committee.
The Standing Committee of the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress decided to dismiss Wang Yixin and Sun Biao from their posts as deputies to the 14th National People's Congress. The Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial People's Congress decided to dismiss Hu Jianwen and Lei Dongzhu from their posts as deputies to the 14 th National People's Congress. The Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress decided to dismiss Zhu Hong from his post as a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress. The Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial People's Congress decided to dismiss An Jiuxiong from his post as a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress. The Army Military Congress decided to dismiss Li Zhizhong from his post as a deputy to the 14 th National People's Congress. The Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress decided to accept Huang Jiawu's resignation as a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress. The Standing Committee of the Tianjin Municipal People's Congress decided to accept Qin Gang's resignation as a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress. The Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial People's Congress decided to accept Feng Jiehong's resignation as a deputy to the 14 th National People's Congress. The Standing Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regional People's Congress decided to accept Lu Weiwei's resignation as a deputy to the 14 th National People's Congress. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Deputies to the National People's Congress and Local People's Congresses at All Levels," the qualifications of Wang Yixin, Sun Biao, Hu Jianwen, Lei Dongzhu, Zhu Hong, An Jiuxiong, Li Zhizhong, Huang Jiawu, Qin Gang, Feng Jiehong, and Lu Weiwei were terminated.
