Untreated water has a high hardness, contains solid particles and dissolved gases, which can easily cause problems such as scaling, which in turn affects the service life of the steam generator.
In view of the high degree of automation and small size of the steam generator, it is necessary to choose water treatment equipment with high degree of automation, stable water supply conditions, compact equipment structure, convenient operation and maintenance, and high efficiency and low energy consumption.
2.Circulating pumps.
The circulating pump is manually turned on by the switch next to the panel before the equipment is turned on, and manually turned off after the equipment is turned off and stopped, and continues to work throughout the whole process of the equipment working. It is also necessary to vent before opening.
When installing the inlet and outlet pipelines, care should be taken not to concentrate the weight and stress of the pipelines on the pump to avoid deformation.
3.Feed water pumps.
For enterprises that need steam generators to run continuously or for a long period of time, and there is no backup steam generator, backup feed pumps should be added. When installing, attention should be paid to the height difference between the suction liquid level and the pump inlet to ensure that the feed pump does not exceed its allowable height when working. In order to prevent the debris in the pipeline from entering the pump, a filter can be set in the water inlet system, and the effective flow cross-sectional area of the filter should be 2-3 times greater than the cross-sectional area of the suction pipe. When installing the inlet and outlet pipelines, care should be taken not to concentrate the weight and stress of the pipelines on the feed pump, so as to avoid deformation.
