At 11:08 on January 11, as the last grid-connected wind turbine began to rotate on the Gobi, the 300 MW wind power project in Mamanshan in Subei, Jiuquan, Gansu Province achieved full-capacity grid-connected power generation, which is also the largest onshore wind power with the largest installed capacity of Zhejiang Energy Group, a state-owned enterprise in Zhejiang Province.
It is reported that the Jiuquan Mamanshan Wind Power Project is jointly invested and constructed by Zhejiang Xinneng, a subsidiary of Zhejiang Energy Group, and Riyue Co., Ltd., with a capacity of 300 megawatts and 48 wind turbines. After the completion of the project, it is expected to generate more than 1 billion kWh of electricity per year, which can meet the annual electricity consumption of about 400,000 families of three and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 850,000 tons.
With the rapid growth of the demand for electricity consumption in the whole society, the demand for new energy is also increasing. "The project plays an important role in improving the energy structure of Gansu and boosting economic and social development, and is a vivid embodiment of the deepening cooperation between the east and the west and the complementary integration of industrial economy. The person in charge of the project said.

During the construction period, the project company overcame difficulties such as 79 drilling spans of 330 kV collector lines, freezing at minus 26 degrees Celsius, extreme weather such as wind, snow and sandstorms, and did a good job in all aspects of fan foundation pouring, fan hoisting, and line laying, and successfully achieved the goal of full-capacity grid connection.
