Three years ago, I made a special trip to Caoyu Village for a visit, and I was deeply attracted by its profound history and culture and beautiful natural environment.
The geographical location of Caoyu Village is very distinctive, the terrain is low, just sandwiched between the Red Longevity Plateau in the east and the Scorpion Plateau in the west, and many springs converge into a river, which is one of the tributaries of the Hui River. It is said that the village is the hometown of Cao E, the empress of Song Renzong, and also the hometown of Cao Guo's uncle, one of the eight immortals, there are many legends, so it is said that the village is called "the queen's hometown", and the eight immortal springs, Zhongli springs and so on have great origins.
The village has been rated as the most beautiful village by CCTV, and rural tourism is booming, with springs, small rivers, duckbill ponds, homestays, maker centers, night camps, bubble houses, and farm stays. In the summer, people come and go here, it is very lively, and now the weather is cold, although there are few tourists, it is slightly depressed, but you can still feel the busyness of summer.
When I arrived at the house where I made tofu, it was still the same as a few years ago, still busy beating pulp and burning fires, and the male owner seemed to have more white hair. In the past few days, supermarkets, vegetable stores, and personal orders have increased dramatically, and there is no retail at all. Just in time for the hot soy milk to come out of the pot, the cup brought to the pot is full, and the drink is full of bean aroma. When you come back, drink the rest and add some boiling water, which is still thicker than the soy milk in the breakfast shop. Go to the other two and ask, there is still nothing to retail, forget it, go back.
