Danielle Harris was saddened to see Bruce Willis, who co-starred with her in The Last Boy Scout, suffering from AIDS and ongoing health issues. Harris is working on a book that includes stories about her and Willis' experiences when they were filming the film in 1991. Harris revealed that Willis said to her at one point, "Kid, this is my movie, don't steal my limelight." She now feels like a compliment.

Danielle Harris can't help but feel "sad" for her one-time partner, Bruce Willis. As a child star, Harris starred with Hollywood icon in director Tony Scott's The Last Boy Scout. However, 33 years later, Harris found it "devastating" to see Willis struggling with ongoing health issues. In an exclusive interview with Screen Rant, Harris said:

Harris is best known for his role as Jamie Lloyd in Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Miles and Halloween 5: Michael Miles' Revenge. After Jamie Lee Curtis left in Halloween 2 (1981), Shape needed a new target, so Harris was hired to play Laurie Strode (Curtis)'s youngest daughter, as Curtis's character could have died in a car accident before Michael Myers Returns.

Over the years, Danielle Harris has earned a reputation as the famous screaming queen of horror films for her roles in the Halloween franchise (Jamie Lloyd and Anne Blankett) and for her role in the sequel to Axe. Today, the "Say It Horror" podcast, co-hosted with Halloween star Boy Scout Tyler Compton, is busy writing a book that includes the story of her co-star Bruce Willis on The Last Boy Scout. Harris said in the same interview

Daniel Harris will return to star in the sequel to The Last Boy Scout, but given Willis' health issues, a sequel to the 1991 film seems unlikely. Horror enthusiasts can now listen to the podcast Talk Scary to Me, co-hosted by Harris and Taylor Compton, on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
