Rapid reflux COD digestion instrument

Mondo Finance Updated on 2024-02-02

The OD rapid digestion instrument is a heating device that can quickly determine the chemical oxygen consumption, which can be used for COD, total phosphorus, total nitrogen and other sample digestion pretreatment. It can automatically complete the constant temperature timing time, the time is set for 1-999 minutes, and the instrument has an automatic sound alarm function after the temperature constant time arrives, and it will automatically shut down without manual participation. The temperature drift is small, and the constant temperature accuracy is high.

The PID thermostat, time controller, fast heating speed, small temperature buffer, constant and uniform temperature and other characteristics, easy to operate, is a new product of experimental means instrumentation. Compared with the current reflux device for determining chemical oxygen demand by potassium dichromate method, it has the characteristics of small size, water saving, electricity saving and good constant temperature performance.

It is suitable for rapid determination of chemical oxygen consumption (COD) by heating, and can be used in environmental testing, colleges and universities, health, food, tap water, chemical industry, sewage treatment, papermaking, petrochemical, metallurgy, printing and dyeing and other industries.

Functional features of COD digestion instrument:

1.The new type of thermostat is adopted, the heating speed is fast, the precision is high, and the temperature is constant and uniform.

2.It can automatically complete the constant temperature timing time, with the function of automatic alarm when it arrives, and automatically shut down to achieve unattended.

3.Seal digestion can effectively reduce errors.

4.It has the advantages of small size, water-saving, time-saving, power-saving, and good constant temperature performance.

5.The new glass burr reflux tube and heat dissipation system ensure the parallelism and accuracy of the sample digestion results due to its good digestion and reflux effect.

6.Digital display of digestion time: digestion time is between 0-180 minutes.

Procedure for the determination of the COD digestion instrument.

Step 1: Press the temperature button, so that the cursor arrow on the screen points to the preset temperature, modify the preset temperature by pressing up and down the buttons, after stopping the modification, the system will automatically save the temperature preset by the user, and when the instrument is started again, it will automatically remember the temperature set by the user last time.

Step 2: Set the constant temperature timer, press the timing button to make the cursor on the screen point to the preset time, modify the preset time by pressing the up and down keys, and after stopping the modification, the system will automatically save the user's preset time.

Step 3: Start the heating up, press the start stop button in the standby state to start the heating, and make the corresponding heating indication hot on the screen, and then press the start stop button to stop the heating.

Step 4: When the preset temperature is reached, the user is reminded to start the timer, when the heat is heated to the preset temperature, the digestion system will display a prompt and send out an intermittent beep to remind the user to start the timer, at this time, the user presses the start and stop button to start the thermostat.

Step 5: Press the start stop button to start the thermostat, the user presses the start stop button to start the thermostat, the screen will count down, and display the remaining seconds, note: just press the start stop button once to start the thermostat, if you press it twice will stop the thermostat working.

Step 6: When the timing time is up, the constant temperature stops, the constant temperature timing time is up, the screen displays a stop reminder, and an intermittent beep sound is emitted to remind the user, at this time, press the start stop button to stop the digestion, and the system enters the standby state.
