In addition to the Fukang Pumped Storage Power Station, Changji Prefecture has planned to build 11.6 million kWh of energy storage such as compressed air, all-vanadium liquid flow, and pumped storage, with significant peak and frequency regulation capabilities, which can support new energy access to the greatest extent. At the same time, the Zhundong-southern Anhui 1100 kV UHVDC transmission project, five 750 kV substations, and three new 750 kV power transmission and transformation projects will be started this year to provide space for new energy consumption.
