I.14547 Overview

1.4547 is an austenitic stainless steel that meets the standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) in terms of chemical composition and physical properties. The material has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance and mechanical properties, and is widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food and other industries.

II.1Characteristics of the 4547

1.The 4547 has the following characteristics:

1 Good corrosion resistance:1.4547 has a high chromium content and sufficient nickel content to give it good corrosion resistance in oxidizing environments.

2) Excellent mechanical properties:1.4547 has high strength and toughness, as well as good impact performance and fatigue strength.

3) Abrasion resistance:1.4547 has good wear resistance and is suitable for occasions that require high wear resistance.

4) Welding performance:1.4547 has good welding performance and can be welded by a variety of welding methods.

III. 1Parametric data for 4547

1.The main parameter data of 4547 are as follows:

Chemical Composition: Carbon(C) 0030%, chromium (CR) 1700%, nickel (Ni) 900 manganese (mn) 200%, phosphorus (p 0.).030%, sulfur (s) 0030%, silicon (Si) 100%。

Mechanical properties: tensile strength 450MPa, yield strength 200MPa, elongation 40%, impact energy 80J.

IV. 1Applications of 4547

1.4547 is widely used in the following areas:

1) Chemical equipmentSuch as reactors, heat exchangers, towers, storage tanks, etc.

2) Oil Exploitation:Such as drill pipes, drill bits, oil production platforms, etc.

3) Pharmaceutical Equipment:Such as reactors, storage vessels, transportation pipelines, etc.

4) Food industry: such as production lines for canned food, beverages, dairy products, etc.

V.1The smelting process of 4547

1.The smelting process of 4547 mainly includes the following steps:

1) Ironmaking:Iron ore is smelted in a blast furnace to obtain molten iron.

2) Steelmaking:The molten iron is deoxidized and alloyed by converter, electric arc furnace and other equipment to obtain molten steel that conforms to the composition.

3) Continuous Casting:The molten steel is cast into slabs or round bars through a continuous caster.

4) Rolling:The continuous casting billet is processed into the required plates, round bars, seamless pipes and other products through hot rolling, cold rolling, cold drawing, etc.

5) Heat Treatment:The rolled product is treated with solution treatment, pickling, brightening, etc., to improve its performance.

VI.1Metallographic structure and material structure of 4547

1.The metallographic structure of 457 stainless steel is mainly austenitic and contains an appropriate amount of carbides and sulfides. The material structure is that a large number of nickel and chromium atoms are distributed on the ferrite matrix, forming a stable austenite phase. Casting and forging of 454 stainless steel.

1.Casting and forging of 4547 are two different metal forming processes. Casting is the process of melting metal and pouring it into a mold, cooling and solidifying it; Forging is the process of heating metal to a high temperature and plastically deforming it by hammering or pressing. Compared with casting, forging can improve the mechanical properties and machining accuracy of materials.

VIII.1Cold-rolled, hot-rolled and cold-drawn of 4547

1.Cold rolling, hot rolling, and cold drawing of 4547 are three different rolling processes. Hot rolling is the rolling of metals at high temperatures, so that they produce plastic deformation; Cold rolling is the rolling of metal at room temperature to produce plastic deformation; Cold is the stretching of metal at room temperature to cause plastic deformation. These three processes can be used to produce14547 plates, seamless pipes and other products.

IX.14547 electroslag and electric furnaces

1.The electroslag and electric furnace of the 4547 are two different smelting equipment.
